The bartender changed my tip amount to be higher so I will not be coming back. it was a cool place in that generic Richmond way and I enjoyed the karaoke, but she rounded my tip up 0.50 on both of my drink purchases, which really isn’t much, but to take what wasn’t given doesn’t inspire much confidence in the honesty and integrity of the staff. Plenty of other Richmond bars with the exact same vibe and atmosphere are not making such pitiful shows of greed so it’s not hard to take business elsewhere. If you’re going to steal from customers at least make it a good $5, that at least I couldn’t call pitiful

Seeing Korean food options on the menu was a surprise as I was expecting typical bar food like burgers and other sandwiches (which they also had) but I couldn’t help but try some Korean fare from the local watering hole. The bulgogi burrito did not disappoint. Little heavy on the lettuce but overall very tasty. The waitress was super friendly and very attentive. The bar vibe isn’t for everyone but I liked it. It was dark and dank and I felt right at home.

the bartender didn’t know what a london mule was and became agitated over needing to look it up. she also didn’t know how to put together a proper jaeger bomb, and was generally off-putting during her short time servicing us.
very poor service and she totally killed the vibe. don’t know what was up tonight; i usually have a good time here, but i’ll have to stop recommending this place to locals until they deal with their poor staffing problem.
loved the DJ / karaoke curator though! hope to see her at other spots.

Found this place by accident . Ended up pleasantly surprised. With a comforting and simple bar, the food is what gets you. A Polynesian and south east Asian style menu. Ended up getting musubi and some home made Kimchi. I’d become a regular here.

A TRUE dive bar but in the best way possible. Their Mom is Korean and oeople go there just for her food. Karaoke every night, on busy nights we only get to sing 1 song. Sow nights we cab sing more. Friendly crowd!

Genuinely had a great time here tonight for Halloween karaoke. I was amazed to see Korean food on the menu. My friends told me about how it is actually run by a Korean family? So cool. I had a cider and the Asian Combo (spring rolls and dumplings with white rice). I do wish I had gone for the bulgogi or bibimbap. Next time! Everyone was very friendly and inclusive. It was just a really cool vibe.

A very laid back bar with a room you can smoke cigarettes in. Insanely good food and karaoke almost every night. This bar is everything it is trying to be without frills or overpriced drinks. Highly recommend.

Great casual bar that happens to have a Korean food portion of their menu including bibimbap, bulgogi, Korean style wings, mandu guk. The wings are so crispy and delicious. Will be back!
