The staff made the experience even better. They were friendly from start to finish, explaining the menu clearly and offering helpful recommendations. They took the time to describe the ingredients and flavors, and the dishes they suggested ended up being some of my favorites of the night.
The desserts were another pleasant surprise. They were flavorful without being heavy, and they wrapped up the meal beautifully. You can really tell the restaurant cares about quality beyond just the main dishes.
Overall, everything—from the food to the service to the atmosphere—made this one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Vienna. This place is, without a doubt, a true pizza gem in the city. I’ll definitely be coming back. Honestly, I already want to return.
We also tried the tiramisu, and it was the best part, so creamy and not too sweet. Everything was good, and we really enjoyed it!
The pizzas were fabulous. Aperol spritz was perfect. Desserts were amazing.
The service was very quick. Staff was very courteou. I just had the best lunch in Austria I’m so happy and satisfied.
Highly recommend this restaurant!
The service was excellent, fast and super friendly! We even received a birthday beverage for celebration!
The pizzas were special and delicious, very fluffy dough and amazing toppings! The starters and dessert did not fall behind. Also the wine menu is a great selection of Italian wines which were served properly at the table. Superb quality! Highly recommend it!
But beyond all of that, the real star for me was the tiramisu. The taste is incredibly authentic, rich, and balanced, without being overly sweet. What makes it even more special is the way they serve it: in a classic Italian moka pot. It’s such a creative touch and adds a fun, memorable twist to a traditional dessert. If you’re visiting with someone else, sharing it can feel a bit tricky at first because of the moka presentation, but honestly, that’s part of the charm, it turns dessert into a small, playful moment.
Overall, this spot is absolutely worth visiting, whether you’re here for the pizza, the cosy vibe, or that unforgettable tiramisu served the Italian way.
We had the salpepero and the porchetta and potato special. Unfortunately I felt that the pizzas were good but nothing special and feel that the high ranking awards do lead to an expectation that wasn’t met. If this was just another pizza restaurant we probably would’ve been satisfied, but as we had already tried a lower ranking pizza restaurant in Europe, we didn’t feel like these pizzas were better.
Some of the ingredients were absolutely delicious like the sausage on the salpepero but the other pizza just didn’t work. It had massive dollops of mayo on it that completely overpowered the taste. The pizzas were also borderline cold when they hit the table which felt weird considering it should’ve been piping hot if made fresh.
The service was adequate and my recommendation would probably to steer toward maybe the more classic and traditional choices which might be better than the ones we got and showcase the flavour of the dough better. Open to giving this place another shot in the future!
The pizza itself was not good at all sadly, even when I warmed it up in the oven. The dough tasted weird and the tomato acidic which is why I made my friend try, he agreed with me that it was off.
this place used to be a lot better, it used to be my favourite italian restaurant
