One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Even the ones you buy at Coop are much tastier. The spinach on the pizza was cold and tasteless, like eating grass. My partner had pasta which she only tasted and left. The atmosphere with the woman who served us was very tense. Honestly, this restaurant is not worth eating here!!

If bipolar could materialise as a restaurant, welcome. I have had some wonderful meals here but DO NOT ORDER RACLETTE.
The tall man with the dark, but very soon to have white hair is a rude, unaware and genuinely bad at his job. His understanding of timing is abysmal. I ordered the raclette, apparently it is a day dream for it to arrive with the rest of the meal. He then came back to our table twice to offer more. This was much appreciate given the miniature size offered and the 34 Franc price. However, it took him 20 minutes to bring it the first time, and the second time he asked if we wanted more, he never arrived. By the time we spoke to his wonderful colleague my guest was no longer hungry and he ruined the entire meal. No compensation, no sorry from him… very poor behaviour.
I would highly recommend this place for their tripe, fondue etc, but don’t order their raclette unless you are on hunger strike, or indeed lactose intolerant.

I don’t know what’s up with these reviews about bad service, but the waiters were really nice and quick. We got our pizzas super fast and they were very solid. Would recommend eating here if you want some pizza.

Loved this place! We were lucky enough to get a table for three without a reservation. Our server was excellent! We ordered salad and three different kinds of pizza. All were very good. Great wine recommendation as well.

Family owned restaurant serving salads, wood fired pizzas, pastas and grilled food. Lovely interior and good place for lunch. Opposite the ice rink and also a few minutes from the cable car entrance.

Probably the worst restaurant experience of my life. Arrived at the restaurant as we had booked beforehand but our reservation was struck off from the list.. had to prove to the staff our reservation was valid which was a bit embarrassing.
The main issue was our waiter. He was rude and uninterested until we asked for the bill. We asked for drinks multiple times but it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive. When it came to paying the bill, the waiter demanded a tip. The service was abysmal and our tip was not seen as being high enough for the rude waiter. He guilt tripped me into paying more than I thought was worthy. Honestly a terrible experience and a very overpriced and superficial restaurant. I’m sure not all staff are like our waiter but he ruined our experience. Will not be returning.

Had a very disappointing experience with our waiter, Andrea. From the start, his attitude was dismissive. When we arrived, he said, “Wait, I’m one person,” in a rude tone, and made us wait about 15 minutes before taking our order. When he finally came, he rushed us to order even though we were still waiting for the rest of our group.
What made it worse was the feeling of discrimination — Andrea was friendly and welcoming to Swiss customers, but with us (Arabs) he was cold and rude. This unprofessional and biased service completely ruined our visit. No guest should be treated this way.

If you want to be humiliated by the waiters in front of the entire restaurant, wait for ages to get your order, and not being allowed to ask for the late order, then this is the place!
This place has an unbelievably rude staff! Shouting at customers loudly! Zero respect.
When we asked why the order was delayed, the response came from the waiter (named Andrea) shouting: you have no respect! Funny enough, one of his colleagues came and said: excuse his behavior, he might be stressed out!
I believe other reviews speak out. Many reviews mentioned the rudeness of the staff. It could be part of the their legacy..
