Hole-in-the-wall Via Mia in Saratoga—wedged between a dispensary and liquor store—turns out some solid pies. Pricey though: $45 for an 18” family combo (inflation hits hard). Dough’s garlicky, soft, and chewy—not NY style, but satisfying. Crust could use more crisp, and the middle gets soggy so toppings slide off when picking up a slice. Veggies outweigh the meat on a combo , but flavors are nostalgic. No AC, but it’s clean and the staff’s friendly. Pro tip: grab the $15 large one-topping happy hour deal..best value here.

You can call in your order, order it online or use Doordash for this location. Any of these means is easy to use. Never had food late from here, always made to order. I don’t think they have a heated warmer to keep the pizza hot before pick up, just a padded bag. Place is clean and staff is polite. They have a few tables if you want to done in with a few TVs running. Haven’t had a parking issue when I visited, place is easy to spot from the road.

Food taste great but they never look at “request” Last time I ordered boneless chicken, I ordered BBQ chicken but they sent spicy one which my kids can’t eat.
