I got a chicken salad sub and an order of fries. As you can see in the picture, there was barely any chicken salad in the sub at all. It was packed with lettuce instead. The fries were squishy and damp. I called and they gave me a credit to my account which is great but the person that made this sub does this often. I will be back to use my credit but will never return. Service is poor besides offering a credit for the issue. Don’t waste your time or money.

Tried Vesuvius for the first time yesterday and I am less than impressed. We got a chicken kabob wrap, a salad with grilled chicken and chicken tenders with fries and it came to $50.00 which equals out to about $16.00 per meal. This would have been fine if it were worth it but the only thing that was decent was the tenders and fries which is nearly impossible to screw up. The chicken in the wrap and on the salad was the driest of drys, the place was noisy as all heck so much so that we had to continually repeat our salad order to the girl at the counter who was having difficulty differentiating chicken from chicken salad. First and last time.

Hours say 9:00 but I have tried to order 3 different days and they don’t pick up the phone after 8, I work in the restaurant business and if your say your open for business till nine then you should except orders till 9!

Definition of insanity repeatedly going here when they can’t ever get a mobile order correct when it’s all written down for them! Cost of order a Bacon Swiss burger with carmelized onions at $5 up charge get a plain burger. Maybe if actual adults manage the place instead of millennials who fool around they could take care with orders.

Employees were extremely rude. Closing the store an hour and a half before listed closing time, putting the chairs up while customers are waiting for food and eating. Customer calls were answered after multiple rings with “were closed”, 1 hour before closing time. Then, a customer entered and you can hear a loud sigh coming from the cashier.

It’s just on the outside of downtown, about 10 minutes. The pizza was FANTASTIC! And the service was great, super polite and I know extremely swamped. If I lived in town this would be my regular spot, unfortunately I live 1200 miles away but my next visit, this will a must go!

Horrible place. I ordered my pizza and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. A half an hour goes by and they said it would be ready in ten minutes. Twenty minutes goes by and they said they put in the wrong pizza and was laughing about when she clearly saw me mad. I’m so disappointed in their customer service. Hire older people instead of highschoolers!!
