This place honestly surprised me in a very good way. Even though it’s small, the pizzas were way better than expected. Thin crust, true Italian style, and packed with flavor. The taste, freshness, and overall quality really caught us off guard.
The vibe is nice and laid-back, nothing fancy, just good energy. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s pretty much self-service, you do most of it yourself but once the pizza hits the table, all is forgiven.
At the end of the day, the flavor is what matters, and these pizzas deliver. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to many times. This one is legit.

This is by far the best pizza in all of Atlanta. No question.
I have been eating here since I moved to Kennesaw in 2022, and I can not attest to the quality enough. Massimo is the most gracious business owner I have ever met and has trained his staff so well on making the perfect Neapolitan pizza.
I’m from Long Island, and I have eaten at all the typical spots in Atlanta, but Vesuvio is in a class of its own. Make the drive, it’s worth it. Also, the lunch special is the best deal ever!

Have had a lot of pizza in my life (much of which is Neapolitan style) and this place hangs with the best of places. Taratufa and diavola *add ricotta were great. Not much atmosphere but quick service inside.

We ordered takeout and while the pizza was a little underwhelming, the Lasagna was AMAZING. Truly one of my favorite lasagna dishes I’ve ever had. My wife enjoyed her pizza it I thought the spicy pepperoni pizza was a little disappointing (and not at all spicy). The staff was very friendly and seem like a fun group when I went in to grab our pizzas. The pizza oven is also really cool (see pics). All in all, I give Vesuvius a very positive rating g because the ingredients definitely seemed fresh and everything homemade/from scratch.

AMAZING PIZZA!!! I ordered a large Porcellina pizza last night via DoorDash and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food tasted. The wood fired oven makes a ever so slightly charred crispy crust on the bottom and perfectly chewy above. Super rare combination. The toppings were higher quality than most places as well. Will absolutely be ordering from Vesuvio Pizzeria Napoletana again.

Overall a good experience. Solid neopolitan pizza option in the Atlanta area. I just happen to prefer some of the other options a little more. I would not hesitate to consider a return though!

The margherita was good, tasted authentic. Sauce had a good light tomato flavor. crust was lightly charred and held together perfectly.
4 stars just because that tiramisu was straight up a scam, small container, not enough flavor, improper texture, way overpriced. I would pay $3 max let alone $7 lol

My wife and I came here. On a Friday night, it was packed with a line outside. The inside is small, so there’s not much seating. These the hostess, we’re so busy. She seem to be bothered by s. I’m making a selection. The lasagna looks good, but not worth $17 To $20. Silly me, we’re so hungry. Tried to eat it when it first came out, burned the roof of my mouth and the texture of the. Lasagna noodles were not there. It tasted like congealed cheese and meat. If I i just got the pizza, it would be five stars. Very authentic tasting dough- light and airy summery, sweet, crispy where it needs to be. You can tell they use real marzano tomatoes for the red sauce. I will be returning multiple times, but not for the lasagna.
