Great option at the SLC airport. Fair price and tasty food. They offer a variety of bowls, mainly with whole grains like rice and quinoa, along with chicken. We tried the rice/quinoa and sweet potato bowls. Both were excellent and reasonably priced for their portion sizes.

Wow, just blown away by the quality of food at Vessel Kitchen…extremely fresh and insanely tasty! I came from Concourse B and checked out a few similar others like Garbanzo Mediterranean and Aubergine, before I came to Vessel. I’m so glad I decided to order from here. Phenomenal job, guys! I wish you were in other states, like South FL in particular . Great market for your type of food/concept. Thank you for the delicious food

This is not your average “airport food”… this is the best Vessel Kitchen I’ve ever been to!! They made the Hash Hash to perfection I feel like typically when eating in the airport the quality goes down but not at Vessel!! Yes the food was fantastic, but what made my experience phenomenal was staff member Sidney. His customer service is AMAZING! Greeting customers with a smile on his face, making and engaging in fun banter, and also very informative of where to get utensils & how to pick up the food! I overheard him offering to watch a customer’s bag while she went to the bathroom, seriously SO kind!! It is extremely refreshing and quite rare to see this kind of customer service. He deserves a raise or something, seriously he is amazing!!

this was sadly just so gross and unappetizing. I have frequented the Vessel locations around salt lake and was relieved to remember they have a location at the airport, but the falafel looked more like microwaved sausage and was so bland and dry. The pita that I received was very dry and over baked, and the majority of my meal was sweet potato hash. I hope the other locations haven’t become this way, too.

This was a complete gem, was absolutely not expecting good food in the airport but was THOROUGHLY surprised by Vessel! I was here for breakfast and got the mountain bowl, every single ingredient was delicious and for 15 bucks I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be stopping here again if I’m ever in Salt lake again!

I’ve travelled over a million miles and hands down the best airport food I’ve experienced. About $20 per person with large portions. I had the chicken & grains, my wife had the beef and it was delicious. How rare to find good Mediterranean/American food quick but fresh and in an airport!! The service was good counter and it was clean and open. If only every airport had a Vessel Kitchen! Some may think this is not a real review but I promise it is. 12/15/25, 5:40pm MT.

Best food I’ve ever had in the salt lake airport. I got the Utah bowl with a side of coconut quinoa rice. Sooo good and made me feel amazing. It was so flavorful, warm and nourishing. The employee at the front let me sample some of the stuff which was so tasty. Def coming back here to try more dishes.

Wow wow. That mountain bowl was absolutely delicious. The flavors and the cook were impeccable. The pile of beef and eggs and sweet potato were worth way more than they charged. Excellent service and all that. Daughter got the other bowl and was super impressed. Keep it up yall.
