I had the pioneer bowl, the potatoes were the best. I came here for a family trip and I was attended by Savannah. She greeted me very well when we first walked in. She walked us through the menu and recommended us some bowls. The overall place was very nice, but it’s a shame they didn’t have indoor seating. The next time I come to Utah I’ll come here definitely again

No question about it. The food from Vessel is top-notch! I love how clean and flavorful it is. I’m especially impressed with the management. I experienced a minor issue with my meal and Joseph, a senior manager, reached out quickly and was extremely helpful in resolving my concerns. They truly have an attention to detail when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant in this location!

I’ve been going here for years and always get chicken and grains, and I’ll do half grains half cauliflower or broccoli. For the first time the manager told me she wouldn’t make it, because it mess up their inventory? I just drove to the fort union location where they still care about the customers and they made it no questions asked.

Employees do not receive any credit card tips from this cashless establishment. Too bad, because the food here is quite good. I was a frequent customer. No more. Upon learning this, I pulled out $5 and handed it to the cashier. He said it was the first tip he had received in the many months he had worked there.

We love Vessel but this most recent trip was below standards. We always get the chicken and grains bowl. This time it was all watery and almost inedible. Hopefully it was a one-off.

Vessel Kitchen in Sandy is one of my favorite spots for a healthy, flavorful meal. The food is fresh, creative, and super satisfying. I had the Utah Bowl and loved the mix of roasted veggies, chicken, and Peruvian green sauce—tons of flavor without feeling heavy. The menu has great options for different diets (Whole30, vegan, etc.), and everything is clearly labeled. The space is clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and fast. It’s a bit pricier than typical fast-casual, but totally worth it for the quality. Highly recommend!

Gave this place a chance and it did not disappoint. Ingredient are fresh and the food tastes wonderful. We didnt really understand the sitting situation but we figured it out. Everyone was super kind!

I ordered the high tide meal with rainbow trout and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was salty, but my meal was great! I’d definitely to back. The spaghetti squash was perfect!

The food here is really good and packed with flavor! I usually go for the Utah Bowl—I love how all the flavors come together, making it both delicious and satisfying while still feeling healthy. My only wish is that they included more protein, but I always add extra to make up for it.
One thing I really appreciate is that they display the nutritional facts on the menu when you order. It’s a great touch for anyone who likes to keep track of what they’re eating!

I was so excited when a to-go Vessel opened down the street! I love Vessel, but this location is not up to par. My roasted chicken was so dry I couldn’t swallow a bite without water. The potato hash was burnt to a crisp (the photo actually makes it look better than it was) and somehow greasy. The sweet potatoes were so tiny it was mostly skin. I’ll try it again since they might be getting the hang of things but this was a horrible experience.
