Absolutely delicious. We literally walked in off the street because it smelled so good.

The sweet potato hash was delicious! Plenty of gluten free options and clean eating. I am still not convinced about kale in general. It might cure cancer but I would still have a hard time consuming it. Did it even exist in the 1900s? Great place for a fresh meal.

Loved it! Food was flavorful and delicious. We placed a mobile order, when we arrived, it was packaged, ready to go but still warm & scrumptious. Omg I think this just became my new favorite place for comfort food!! Their food is so flavorful and delicious it was hard to choose. I got the chicken, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese with a side of their green sauce and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Their braised beef was well seasoned and fantastic their cauliflower was flavorful I feel like even the options I haven’t had a chance to try yet are probably also delicious! My friend who I introduced this place to also had the same comments I made and was very satisfied. I can’t wait to return

Had a great dinner experience at Vessel Kitchen! Had the Utah bowl, with delicious chicken and sweet potatos, and the Uncle Rico bowl with Pork and mashed potatoes. Both were creative in their presentation and mix of colors. Loved the blend of flavors! My only wish is that they had better beverage options. Definitely worth the visit for delicious food!

This place is great. The menu items feel fresh and healthy. I like the selections and the ability to make your own stuff. I’ve been 3 times now and will definitely go back. The items can add up so make sure you’re aware of the process of the sides. I feel good after eating there. I really like the braised beef. This last time I got the “hash-hash” and the “chicken+grains”. Both were very good while being very different. It’s self serve so don’t expect service.

I appreciated how everything tasted house-made, not processed like at many quick-service spots. The portion size was generous while still feeling wholesome and nourishing. The restaurant itself had a clean, modern atmosphere that made dining in pleasant. The staff was efficient and friendly, making the whole experience smooth. Vessel Kitchen is definitely earning its reputation as a go-to spot for quick, healthy meals in Sandy. Will definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

WOW! This was my first time at Vessel and i could not recommend it enough. I’m a bit of a picky eater and was struggling to pick something on the menu. Luckily, HAILEY was there to help me, and answer all my questions. She recommended her personal favorite, the taco combo with a spicy beef taco and pollo al pastor taco. I was unsure of one of the sauces on the taco so Hailey gave me a sample to try. I wasnt a fan but she gave an awesome substitute. Seriously some of the best tacos i’ve ever had especially the chicken. Portions were HUGE and i thought the pricing was extremely reasonable considering the quality and quantity you receive. First time trying Vessel. Loved being able to make custom plates. Good portion of food for the price. Loved you can sample different sides. We got two custom plates. Liked the roasted chicken quite a bit, and the mashed potatoes were good too. It would have been really good to have some butter- as the potatoes and Brussel sprouts could have used a little extra flavor and moisture. The Brussel sprouts were somewhat bland, and so was the braised beef. The kale was great and the hash fine. If we could change one thing it would be having little pads of butter you could have.

Chill atmosphere and amazing food! We had the Hash Hash (Braised Beef) and Uncle Rico (Chile Verde Pork) and it was so so good. Great location right off the highway, plenty of seating, and very quiet restaurant. Highly recommend this spot!
