Definitely recommend! Between the atmosphere and the service we will definitely be back. Daniel was the best server; very knowledgeable and attentive. We even got to meet the chef Max who was super nice, he brought out the golden cow for us to see and signed our certificates. The food was amazing!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an evening out!

We were here for dinner for the my daughter’s 13th birthday. Our waitress Jen gave us a 10/10 service, checked in on us regularly and made sure everything was perfect for this birthday!

We could’ve ordered everything on the menu since the chef is excellent and runs an impressive kitchen! I highly recommend the Towmahawk and the American wagyu! Honestly, I don’t like Mac and Cheese but their Truffle M& C was so good, my 6 y/o ate it and she doesn’t even like truffles!

Oh and don’t get me started on the desserts! We ordered every single one and they were all delicious!

Wonderful atmosphere and the team works together to give you an entire experience ! Definitely on our go-to list for top restaurants in the area!

Enjoyed a belated Valentine’s Day dinner at Kole Chophouse. It was our first visit and we were blown away by the food! Less stars for atmosphere – I reserved for the lounge because it’s more casual, but I didn’t expect a table pushed up to built-in banquette seating on one side. There were 2 other tables available (each with two chairs and with the same waiter that we had) so we asked for one of those but were told by the hostess that reservations were table-specific…so I sat awkwardly close to a stranger for our Valentine’s dinner.

Apps (bacon, foie gras), meals (Julie for me, Australia Wagyu for hubs), sides (potato gratin, brussel sprouts), were perfection. Spent a chunk of money, so it won’t be happening weekly but we’ll be back (except next time to bar seating or in the regular dining room…or by specific lounge table reservation, now that I know its a thing!)

Kōle Chophouse in Lititz, PA, stands out as a premier steakhouse in the state, boasting one of only three Pennsylvania spots certified for authentic A5 Japanese Wagyu, its incredible marbling delivers melt-in-your-mouth richness that’s truly world class and once you have it you will never forget it. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming: dimly lit, elegantly industrial in the historic Wilbur Chocolate Factory, with a refined, intimate vibe ideal for special evenings in charming downtown Lititz. Service is spectacular and knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate, elevating every interaction. Daniel is your go to man so tell him you’re from our group and he will define service for your table.
Highlights include pristine East Coast oysters, a bold and perfectly balanced beef tartare, luxurious Petrossian caviar straight from Paris, succulent Maine lobsters grilled over live Quebracho coal fire, and the signature A5 Japanese Wagyu that redefines steak. Epic desserts provide a decadent, flawless finish. From exceptional ingredients and masterful execution to seamless hospitality, Kōle offers an unforgettable, high end dining experience that’s absolutely worth it. One of the top ten restaurants now on our list. Be it Philadelphia or New York, one of the best restaurants is now in Lancaster County and please don’t tell anyone!

Kōle Chophouse was an incredible experience. We flew in from Boston and made it a point to dine here, and it did not disappoint. The ambiance is exactly what you want from a steakhouse: warm, elevated, and welcoming.

Our server, Daniel, was outstanding. He was attentive, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the care behind the menu and sourcing. His napkin roses for guests (and yes, he will sign them if you ask) were such a thoughtful touch.

The food was exceptional and arrived quickly. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth, the shareable sides were generous and beautifully prepared, and the mac and cheese was out of this world. Dessert was phenomenal, especially the silky crème brûlée, and the signature espresso martini was smooth, balanced, and perfectly made.

Overall, the service, atmosphere, and dining experience are 1000% worth it!

We come to Kōle often, and every time we get the pleasure of having Daniel as our server, we know it’ll be a great night. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about his work and you can tell he really enjoys making sure people have an exceptional time when they come dine at Kōle. We always talk about how excellent service can make a dining experience and that’s exactly what Daniel makes eating here feel like – an experience more than just a meal.

As expected, the food was phenomenal, and speaks for itself. Chef Max and his team do a wonderful job in the kitchen and you can taste the quality in the ingredients that he selects.

The bartenders also need a shout out for the innovative take on classic drinks. Overall, Kōle is one place where we know we will always walk out of feeling full, happy, and yearning for more.

One of my favorite things to do is go out for a good meal. I’ve eaten it many Michelin star restaurants and I have to tell you Kole blew them all out of the water. The head maitre d Daniel is one of the most brilliant hosts that I’ve ever had the pleasure of serving me. Max the chef also came out and spent time with our table his food is truly brilliant. If you want to go somewhere for a truly great meal this is the spot you want to go to. Hands down it is the very best meal you can get in lititz.

My husband and I went on what had to be one of the craziest nights of the year — Fire & Ice Festival and Valentine’s weekend. The place was packed and buzzing, but honestly, that added to the energy. We grabbed a drink at the bar while we waited, which made it feel festive instead of stressful. Great atmosphere.
Bonus: we were seated about ten minutes early. Our waiter was phenomenal — I wish I could remember his name because he really stood out. The food was fantastic. The arancini? 5/5. The tuna tartar? 8/5 — yes, that good. My husband ordered the brioche burger and said it was absolutely delicious.
Dessert is where things got a little confusing. We ordered the crème brûlée, and it came out without that crisp, caramelized top. It was just liquid sugar, which was disappointing. We asked about it, and our waiter said that’s just how the chef prepares it. I’m not totally convinced — it really felt like someone simply forgot to torch it.
That said, I would absolutely go back, especially for a steak dinner on a less chaotic night. We had a later reservation and weren’t looking for a super heavy meal, so I’d be curious to try it again when things are a little calmer — and see what that crème brûlée is supposed to be like.

Food and service were both excellent! Atmosphere is very nice, but can be busy. To be fair, we were there on Valentine’s Day, so it was very busy. I will definitely go back again during a less busy time.

From the warm greeting, to the chill atmosphere, personable & amazing service, PERFECT steak and seafood (crab croquettes, 100% recommend!). We finished out the night with the best creme brulee and chocolate mousse we’ve ever tasted!! Go enjoy this place NOW!!
