The food was absolutely fantastic. Best Philly ive had in a while. Server was fantastic. But the hostess was rude. She had green hair. She got snotty with me. Was so weird. She rolled her eyes at me. She really upset me. You dont speak rude to customers who just walk in the door and dont roll your eyes. Amazing food Amazing Service HORRIBLE HOSTESS.

Fine brewery with cold, fresh, tasty beers and reasonably priced food. Service was solid as was the variety of homebrewed beers on tap. Definitely would come back for another round!!

Visiting Frankfort for the bourbon tastings and found this brewery. The staff was amazing. Our server was nice and took the time to chat with us about some of the history in town. She took really good care of our 11 person group quickly and without any issues on orders. Anyone that asked what kind of beer would go with their meal she had the perfect suggestion. The place was clean and the bar was big. Would definitely recommend this for lunch or dinner if you’re in the area.

I was not super impressed. The atmosphere was a little off putting. We went on Wednesday night and it was trivia night. Typically I would enjoy that but the announcer was so loud it was not enjoyable and at intermission the music was at a much enjoyable level. The service was slow on a night that did not appear to be that busy. Our waitress was nice enough. The food was mediocre to me. The salad with chicken was unimpressive. I personally had carne asada was was decent. The potato skins were very average. The fried banana peppers were decent too. Typical bar food but not the best I have had.

BBQ fried chicken sandwich with green beans&pork. It’s awesome! Why usn’t this a Kentucky staple already? I love the beer here, and the service from the staff is always cheery and good. Five thumbs up.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. The place was dead, maybe 10 people all together. The place is cool looking, very open. However, our service sucked. We had to keep flagging down workers for refills, plates, and items we needed that didn’t come with the food that we asked for when ordered. We hardly saw our waitress. We were nearly done eating when she came and asked how our food was, and I mentioned that my burger was undercooked in the middle. Instead of taking the burger off the check, she had the cooks make a new one, and I told her no because I was full and it be a waste, but she insisted. The potato skins are huge, under cooked and lacking in bacon.

I brought visitors from out of town here for dinner, and the experience was embarrassing. The service was absolutely unacceptable. I am extremely easygoing, but waiting an hour and a half for food when there were only five tables seated at 5:30 is inexcusable. When the food finally arrived, it was cold.

While our waiter was polite, it was obvious he did not understand the ordering system and had not been properly trained. That is a management failure, not a server issue.

I want this restaurant to succeed, but until the owner acknowledges that the service is consistently terrible and takes responsibility for fixing it, customers will keep walking away—and they should.

My wife and I made a spontaneous stop at Versailles Brewing Company and were really glad we did. The vibe was great, and our waitress, Maegan, was awesome—super friendly and had great recommendations, especially helpful since it was our first time there.

I also got to chat with Mitch, the head brewer, and he was genuinely a pleasure to talk to. Super knowledgeable and down-to-earth. He gave me some cool insights into the brewing process and even sparked a few new hobby ideas. One thing I know for sure—if Mitch is the one brewing, the IPA is going to be top-notch.

Definitely a great experience overall. We’ll be back for sure!

(Edited after business response)
Food was ok.
We got the chicken and waffles, which were very good, and the breakfast platter. Breakfast platter was meh, and also not very large for a ‘platter’. A little little cup of home fries, and two tiny sausages (which were actually not very good). Eggs were good, biscuit was great. Just not a lot of food on the platter. Two coffees which came in Styrofoam cup which is fine I guess – although I was hoping the waitress would bring the coffee pot periodically for refills as per usual, but thats admittedly really nitpicky. The business has responded to this, so I’m glad to see they take their customers opinions seriously! Anyways, then the check came with a 3% upcharge on our items. Originally in my review, I wrote that I didn’t know why, and the manager didn’t either, and though he gave me a generous discount, it seemed potentially shady. After the business’s reply to this comment, I see it was unsurprisingly in fact a benign reason. Just a 3% upcharge for credit cards they forgot to mention on the breakfast menu. Although I will say I did pay in cash that day, so I’m not exactly sure how that works, I’m sure it’s fine – maybe they would have knocked off the 3% after seeing I was paying in cash.
Anyways the beer is good, some of the food is really good (chicken and waffles), some is just ok (sausage was bad). Glad to hear a response from the business, that means a lot as a customer.

If you’re expecting a casual but upscale taphouse experience, I think you’ll like this as much as we did. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. I loved the fish tacos and my husband’s New York strip was perfect. Sam hooked us up with awesome beer choices and didn’t fail with his recommendations. Definitely returning!!!
