We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday dinner at Verona and had a wonderful experience, it was absolutely worth the drive from Queens. Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed the meal, atmosphere, and service.
The service and hospitality from Madeleine were impeccable. She was incredibly attentive, bubbly, and ensured that our meals and overall service exceeded our expectations.
We ordered from the prix fixe menu. I had the calamari appetizer, which was very good, and my fiancé had the baked clams, which he really enjoyed. For our entrée, we both ordered the rack of lamb and it truly melted in our mouths with every bite.
Madeleine went above and beyond by kindly showing us their event spaces and providing helpful information about pricing and party options. She made us feel so welcomed, by the end of the night she honestly felt like family.
It was a great family birthday dinner and we can’t wait to come back!

Verona is a beautiful place with a warm atmosphere, friendly entertaining staff, and delicious food. We were there with family including my mother in law who has been recently widowed, it was nice to see her smile and enjoy herself again. This was in large part to the wonderful experience Verona provided. Especially appreciated Juan our friendly waiter, and the music of Charles Henry was fantastic. The experience was so nice we didn’t want to leave.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at Verona! The food was phenomenal and the portions were so generous. The servers were extremely attentive and warm, easily accommodating all of our needs. We will definitely be back soon! This is honestly one of the best restaurants on Long Island that I’ve been to in such a long time and if you’re looking for great food and top tier service, look no further. Highly recommend!

I hosted a 16 person corporate event here and it was fantastic. We originally expected 19 people but a few people were unable to make it and the owner was kind enough to work with us and our budget. The food is outstanding the staff are attentive and we even were able o use the screen and projector for our presentation. Great space to host corporate events, family events, etc.

Gary, the owner was so helpful and accomodating throughout the planning process and the servers were great, especially serving 80+ people. When searching for fine Italian dining in Farmingdale, we were drawn by Verona Ristorante’s extensive menu, which included prix-fixe and a la carte options. Our server Madelyn was attentive to our every need, and went above and beyond by devising a custom cocktail. The food met and exceeded our expectations. Our selections included a savory salmon Florentine, tender and tasty chicken parmigiana, and a dinner salad with fresh lettuce and grilled salmon. Our meal had the slow and rich cadence of a European cafe. And top it all off, the engaging owner, Gary Multani, treated us as royal guests. This was a great experience and will make for a great Thanksgiving time memory!

I wasn’t expecting a lot from this place, but for me to give a perfect rating, this had to blow my socks off, right? Yes, it absolutely did, starting from being greeted very friendly by the manager and seated right away. The server gave us a few minutes to look at the menu and then took our entire order hastily. Our appetizer came out before the drinks, which was odd, but the appetizer, calamari, was very good, and it wasn’t rubbery or chewy. They even have chili sauce that isn’t too spicy or too plain, which I really enjoyed! My lemonade was fresh and tasted home-made, and they also have a decent selection of wine. My entree, their squid linguine, was very unique and had flavor unlike many pastas that I’ve had in other places. The dessert was pretty good as well; the flourless cheesecake isn’t too rich, and it isn’t frozen either. As for the service, normally I would penalize for delays in restaurants in the US, but this place seemed to try to create an ambience of a real Italian restaurant in Europe, which I respect; therefore, I will be giving you all the stars there because you have perfectly resembled Italian cuisine perfectly as it is in Europe.
One other thing that concerned me was that the pricing on the lemonade was a little high. $6 per glass, in my opinion, is very expensive for a glass of lemonade to not get any free refills. $18 for 3 glasses of lemonade is a lot of money. However, the lemonade was very good, so I let it go and didn’t say anything; however, it is a dollar or two overpriced in my opinion.
Other than that, though, the pricing was that of a standard Italian restaurant on the higher end, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. As for why I gave them 5 stars instead of 4, the guys in the place had an amazing sense of humor and hustled to provide true Italian cuisine to the people inside the place, thus making me experience world-class. I will definitely be returning with my family one day, and I strongly recommend this place since I don’t leave 5-star reviews often anymore and this place has truly figured out how a restaurant should be run. Thank you for showing me what a real Italian restaurant is supposed to be like, and I will never forget this place! See you soon!

Verona is a great hidden gem in Farmingdale! There is a lot of variety especially vegan and vegetarian options. My family and I went during restaurant week and were all very pleased with our food, all six of us! The service was also great and there was even live music on the Saturday night we visited. I will definitely be returning.

When there after a funeral…chicken was frozen and jar sauce…it was a fixed menu with beer and wine …they had drink menus on the tables no beer on tables…make sure you check your bill…charged to set up room and said tip and tax included which the charged at end of bill…do not go there if having a party…manager not very cooperative. Who charges a set up fee and leaving 1/2 hour later.

I had my bridal shower here last month and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! Gary was incredible to work with and all of the employees did a fantastic job at making my day as smooth as possible! The food is also great I still have guests telling me they loved it 🙂 10/10 recommend !
