Lola is a wonderful local gem. We have gotten a number of lovely special-order birthday cakes and baby shower cupcakes here, and they have all been both beautiful and delicious. The usual pastries here are also incredible — we especially love the beignets.

Just picked up our beautiful cakes and panacotta. Can’t wait to try the cakes but did get into the strawberry panacotta for just a taste! Well, could not stop eating as it was so delicious so it is all gone! lol

Ordered soft caramels in bulk as gifts for my coworkers after trying them at a farmers market and loving them! Kallista was great to work with, making sure they were ready in time for the holiday party and making it super convenient to pick them up. She also packaged them beautifully!

Absolutely love this place. I got a special order cake for my mom’s birthday. It was delicious and so beautifully decorated. Mom was so happy. It is one of the best cakes we have ever had. I also love the pastries selection.

What a treat
I have enjoyed every bite of these delicious pastries.
I’m looking forward to trying more of these small batch treats.
The Chef is hoping that she can expand her hours . Let’s make her wish come true and support this small business , believe me her Pastries and confections are Kennett Sq. worthy .
Stop in and inquire about what else she offers .

Cute shop, friendly service. I wasn’t sure they had opened yet but I could see the lights on so I stopped. I got there a bit late in the day but still had a good selection to choose from. I got a selection of things to try, everything just looked so good. Everything was fresh and yummy! Nothing was dry or overly sweet. Just perfect. Portions are a good size as well. Definitely a nice addition to Kennet square. I will be back!

Amazing croissants, especially reheated a bit. Also love pretty much everything they make, from the beignets to the macarons and all the cookies and caneles!

The absolute BEST macarons and pastries. The quality and care she puts into her work is exceptional. If you don’t live nearby, make the trip! You won’t be disappointed.

Macarons are good, but the croissants aren’t really true French style like some other bakeries in the area (they seem to be whole grain flour, and somewhat overdone / extremely dark and crispy, the almond ones cut in half with a wet filling inside – not truly bad, but honestly I prefer even the ones at grocery stores over these).

Prices are also much higher than you’ll find on the Main Line. With tip as prompted by the payment system, it was about $17 for two croissants and a macaron. At my favorite bakery a couple of towns away, I could have gotten half a dozen true French style pastries for that.

Tried the macarons recently from their popup stand; delicious and would make a lovely gift! Reminded us of ones we had in Paris. Such a cute little shop setup, too. Excited to try more from them. Check this one out early on the weekend!
