We recently started coming here (we’ve visited their Loveland location prior) and we just love the food! Tonight we had the artichoke dip, beet salad, and split two amazing pizzas. Their cocktails are delicious and the beer is good. Server was wonderful. Probably my favorite NoCO brewery currently.

Great spot for Detroit style pizza. We got the “green” with pepperoni, the flavor was unique and sweet given the lemon olive oil and quite cheesy!

My beautiful bride and I took three of our four kiddos out in Ft. Collins. One of our youngsters is in his second year at CSU.
We swung by just to grab something to eat, bonus, there is beer! Lots of choices.
We ordered 3 pizzas for the five of us. Plenty of food. One Italian sausage,one mushroom, and one buffalo chicken.
We shared. All three were delicious. The best part was the staff. They were helpful when ordering the pizza. They brought it out nice and hot. The pizzas were all pan style and did I mention delicious?
If I was a little younger and still in college, this would absolutely be on my favorite rotation. As an extra bonus, there was a praying mantis hanging with us as we ate. He kept to himself, but a bunch of little people LOVED looking at him.

We came for the brews and stayed for the pizza, and we recommend both! Beer ranged from a delightful strawberry hefeweizen to a hazelnut brown. It’s hard to choose a favorite beer, but the real surprise was the delicious pizza. Advertised as Detroit-inspired, we tried the Meat Me and Hawaiian, and loved both. They have a great patio for an evening outside or plenty of tables options inside. Check out this great location!

This is one of my local favorites. Their beer selection is broad, but they excel at barley wine and euro beer styles. The Czech dark is one of my favorites, but it’s really hard to go wrong. Service is excellent, great bar food with a rotating menu. The dining area is large enough to have a conversation but still lively.

The best news was finding out the best brewery in Loveland was expanding to Ft Collins!! The beers are fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. Food looks great and the liquor on the shelf is top notch.

Great beer selection and quality, especially with seasonal and barrel aged rotations. We recently visited with our family and Animal Friends Alliance had kittens that the kids got to interact with while we were hanging out. Big hit! It always feels family friendly here and their food and drink selection is extensive in addition to beer. Highly recommend for a centrally located brewery in Fort Collins!

This place is legit. Beers are great. This isn’t a new startup Fort Collins brewery, this is a longtime well-respected brewery originally started in Loveland. Verboten has been one of my favorite local breweries for years. This Fort Collins location is great. It’s perfect for meeting up in mid town without the parking hassle of old town. I did not try any food but I’ve heard that it’s pretty good. Order any of the chocolate cake stouts or any IPA, they are all pretty good.

We’ve eaten at Verboten three times. The first time, the pizza was perfect. The second time the crust was undercooked. The third time the pizza had barely any cheese or sauce – mostly bread.

Large beer list, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? I had the stout (only one on the menu) and gave it 3.75 on untapped. Very drinkable and good, but nothing extraordinary like a lot of richer stouts that I give higher ratings.
