Great value ruined by bad pizza.
Getting slices is always a dicey proposition because you’re just getting warmed up pizza. I can usually do this if the pizza is good and there’s a deal. Two slices with pepperoni and a canned drink for $8 is a nice deal.
The problem is the pizza just isn’t good. The sauce was too sweet. The cheese had zero pull and the pepperoni was low quality. I respect this small business too much to nerf their overall ratings but this was genuinely one of the worst slices of pizza I’ve ever suffered through.

I’ve been a fan of Vennari’s pizza for years. From their original location to their new location What makes Vennari’s so good is the consistent taste of their pizza which has been the same since the beginning. A thin crust (yet chewy), sweet tangy sauce and of course mozzarella for the cheese. Consistent pizza keeps me coming back for more.
Their prices are fair and you can save even more with their many different specials spread throughout the week and I’ve found their customer service to be polite and friendly with never a problem even when busy.
