My husband and I stumbled upon this taco truck while cruising Merced. We ordered asada tacos and asada burritos (always extra salsa with everything). Their orange sauce is flavorful, spicy with a kick, chef’s kiss! Meat is perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. Sides of grilled jalapeños, onions, crunchy cucumber and radishes, and lime. My taste buds are in love. Their tortillas perfectly toasted and holds everything together for that mouth watering bite. Consistency is impeccable. We keep coming back for more. Their weekend special (well, it’s special to me) is the mar y tierre [surf & turf]. I ordered pork and shrimp, oh so many shrimp! They don’t skimp! Freshly cooked food, yes, I’ll wait. Customer service is attentive and friendly. They utilize buzzers to notify you when your order is ready. I highly recommend you try this place!

You MUST try the carne asada super burrito! You will eat that burrito down to the foil. Food tastes fresh with a warm homemade feeling in every bite. Will be returning. Hard working man in the back with his game face on. 3 salsa’s to choose from. You won’t regret it!

I had the best experience @ La Catrina food truck! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. Their burritos & tacos delicious! As well as the portions served were generous for the price. You can tell they put real care into their cooking. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and welcoming.
