Staff was friendly and order was made on time.
Ordered a Sicilian and it wasn’t even close to what was expected. They’re regular pizza is ok but I can’t recommend their Sicilian pizza.
We ate a few slices just to have dinner but this was a huge letdown.
For reference we waited 10mins outside for the order to be ready and we have a 6 minute drive home so this photo is as fresh as it gets.

Food is great – must try the chicken riggies. You order at the counter and they drop it off for you which eliminates the additional cost of tip which is a plus for families. My son’s chicken parm sandwich was huge and the employees were super friendly.

The 1/2 order chicken riggies were good /filling , not the best but def good . Lg. Antipasta would feed 4 people, we’ve had others in area , and the cold cuts were lacking , had peppers, porchini and onions , but no tuna – which others in area have given us . Was good as well . They have about 20 draft beers on tap , so that’s a plus

When I saw the good reviews of this place, I was excited about it. We went and got two pizzas. Mine was chicken on cauliflower crust. It was so soggy and bad. I would not go back! The other pizza was a pepperoni one. My wife did not even finish it. We paid almost $40 for nothing good. The people, both oriental and blondy, in front were not very nice either. Very displeased.

Venice has been a staple in the Utica area since I was a child, it is one of my top choices for sure ! Stephanie also makes it very easy to order with her friendliness and attention to detail. Save your money ! . Had made a suggestion to dine in for lunch with a family member big mistake . I had raved and bragged about the fresh delicious Riggies being the best I ever had and you havent had them till you had them at the Venice boy was I in for a surprise, prior to my latest visit riggies were cooked to order fresh and delicious the chicken moist and tender pasta cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce fresh peppers and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top sadly what we received tasted like over cooked leftovers .The atmosphere felt like anyone who cared no longer works there.. what once was the best pizza place in town is now less than convenience store grade . Wont darken their doorstep again . So sad the owners let this place go in the toilet it used to be great

I had a terrible experience with the front desk customer service. The lady with blonde hair acted like there were 100 people behind us waiting for help. I explained we were new here, but she was still rude and seemed in a hurry. The pizza we got had a cauliflower crust, which tasted burnt and had too much sauce. It was expensive , I don’t mind paying but, I expect good quality food, which this pizza did not had. I am disappointed on the good reviews,That the reason I chose this place.

I called in my order an hour before pick up. I waited more than 30 minutes after arriving. Half the food was already made and waiting for the rest. So three meals now cold and was given a 10 dollar gift card. Felt completely insulted
