We have been trying to get over to Venetian Bay for lunch for sometime now. I’m so happy we finally did! We were greeted with the friendliest face!! From the time we arrived Sara made us feel special and shared her favorites, making our decisions to order our food so much easier!! The food was delicious, but the service we received from Sara is definitely the reason we will be back!!

We went on a Wednesday night for the prime rib special. It was $34. It comes with a soup or salad and 2 sides. I started with side salad which was mixed greens, tomatoes, croutons, cheese, red onion and sliced cucumbers. I chose broccoli and a baked potato. The presentation is beautiful with a flower and sprig of rosemary. The food was delicious. Our server, Robby, was amazing. He was well spoken on the menu and provided great service. We sat in the back carpeted room. There is a bar in the main room and also an outdoor patio.

I was in town and visited Venetian Bay Bar for the first time. I had such a great experience the food was delicious, I loved the atmosphere but the service was phenomenal! I have had good service here, but not tonight. An hour and a half to get a sweet tea and a hot dog??. The craziest part is that, while waiting on food, the server told me they’re now charging for refills of sweet tea. Hmmm. I’m not sure that the slow service was my server’s fault, but if what she said is true, the management needs to rethink their position on a few things. I had to eat alone because my buddies got fed up and left aftervwaiting 35 minutes for two beers. They never got them. I regret not walking out with them.
