The service is relatively minimal, it feels more like a fast casual than an actual restaurant. They even have a self order machine. I don’t really have a problem with it, just handed water and that’s about it. For the prices here I forgive it.
I believe I had the Salmon Poke bowl and…some type of sushi burrito. They were both decent. The main complaint I have though were of the Poke bowl, mainly about the crab mix and Edamame.
1. The Crab mix was tasted pretty dry at times. I feel like it needs to be presauced before being added.
2. The edamame was still in it’s shell. Shouldn’t have to remove them myself when they’re for a pokebowl.

I travel all over the country and always try to go to as many Pho restaurants as I can. Vel Sushi and Pho has one of the best broth bases for Pho that I have experienced. The chili oil has great flavor and is very spicy. The restaurant environment is peaceful and the staff is very kind, friendly and prompt. The summer rolls are delicious and so fresh. The bubble tea is has refreshing natural flavors. I highly recommend.

The food was delicious and fresh! We had the house special pho, the pho-ga, and the 317 poke bowl and everything was perfect. One of us can’t have cilantro and it’s hard finding pho places that can accommodate, but Vel was happy to leave it out for her. 😀 I can’t wait to come back and try a sushi burrito next!

The spicy beef pho was amazing, loved the broth. The sushi rolls were great. Appetizers were amazing as well as the Vietnamese iced coffee. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well. It all came out fresh. I’d highly recommend!

Got the beef pho and shrimp shumai. Ordered it to go and there wasn’t a lot of broth or meat. The flavor was decent but nothing I’d come back for. I don’t think there was any shrimp in the dumplings and I was really disappointed in those. Seemed like it was just steamed wontons.

Had my husband take me here for our anniversary. Sushi was good. But their fried rice was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Also food descriptions are very vague with noone to help you. The place was beyond cold on a cold day. We could almost see our breath.

Walked in and just about walked out, but these good reviews pulled me back. Floors were filthy and sticky. Walls, tables, ceilings (yes, ceilings) a mess. Staff was not friendly. Food seemed fine, but found myself extremely ill the next day. Given the upkeep of what the customers see, I’m sure that is where my sickness came from.
**Edit: the ceiling had what looked like squirted sauce all over it, and the floor was not only extremely sticky, but sprinkled with food. Sauce splattered on the windows. Weather/landlords don’t impact those things.
