Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

I love In n out burger. I grew up eating there when it was only walk up and order. Bank in Kentucky where I live they don’t have them so when I visit somewhere they do it is my first stop. Always great. Never disappoints.

I love in-n-out. However, this in-n-out was not the best I’ve had. Some of the lettuce on my protein style burger was old, a rare occurrence when at in-n-out. The food did come out quick. That was a plus. We asked for pickles, which took a very long time to get. I also had a random request; I needed a bun for my protein style burger. I wanted to take the leftovers and wanted the bun to help eat it later without it being super soggy. The woman at the counter really wanted to charge me for the bun. Another person was helping me and didn’t know what to do. He finally asked someone else about it. Someone else came up, and I explained to him why I wanted a bun. He kindly asked if I wanted it toasted or not, then proceeded to give me a toasted bun free of charge. It was very nice and professional. It was the kind of service I am used to at in-n-out.
All that being said, still stop there. Get a delicous burger. Get your fries well done, add pickles, chilis, and enjoy.

I love this place. However the Corona location off the 15 is hit or miss on the fries. So Far been there 8 times out of 10 they sucked. Hard and crunchy. Blows the whole meal. Need some better quality control and consistency from the drive-thru.

They accidentally made our order for “dine in” instead of “to go” like we asked. When we told them, they just dumped my animal fries into the To go container upside-down (see photos). I was very disappointed. I usually get great service at In and Out.

Worst cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten. Very disappointed. Because I love in & out. Now I’m a bit skeptical. Hopefully it was just an off day which is why the burger was so bad. Probably won’t go to this particular restaurant again.
