Great atmosphere, staff was super friendly and helpful. The black bean burger had good flavor the vegan mac and cheese was ok not my favorite but a good take on vegan mac. My wife had the grab and go beet and she loved it. The Mezze bowl was fantastic full of flavor even though the kofte patties had to be swapped with a burger patty instead. If your looking for an alternative vegan restaurant look no further you won’t be disappointed. Great prices, parking could be limited if busy. Cash or card I’d accepted.

Best Vegan spot in Lakeland by far. The dishes are always packed with flavors, and creative. The drinks are perfectly made. The staff is welcoming and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It’s a bit small so if you’re planning to come with a large group it’ll probably be tight, but the cozy atmosphere is part of the personality of this location.

I must say, I recently located to the area. I have eaten good vegan food in Atlanta and Miami. This charming unsupecting place has the best food! I had the burger with mac and cheese. My cousin had the nachos. The presentation of the nachos was creative as well as tasty. The black bean burger was one of the best I have ever tasted. The service was good too!

This is their Beet Matt sandwich – a breaded beet patty on a toasted brioche bun with special sauce, red onions, pickles, and lettuce. Accompanied with mac and cheese. All vegan and totally scrumptious.

I’m always excited to find new vegan places to eat at where I don’t have to worry about animal fats and bits in my food and where people get it. Great and friendly service. The teriyaki bowl was good but the rice was mushy which brought it down a few points. Properly prepared rice is a bit more grainy and not like oatmeal. The kale salad was surprisingly good. Most kale salads out there are big chunks of indigestible curly kale; personally, I prepare mine finely chopped but that would require a lot more kale. They really made it work though, with that nice dressing and the farro which I ate with the teriyaki bowl to make up for the mushy rice. The texture of the farro really complemented the bowl. I never had matcha latte before but decided to try it with the almond milk and maple syrup and it was amazing!

The menu is quite limited, and we noticed several people eating items that weren’t listed, which was confusing. As first-time visitors, a little guidance on how to order or what was available would have made a big difference.
The grab-and-go cooler was nearly empty, and we weren’t offered water or even pointed in the right direction to find any. Overall, the customer service left a lot to be desired—we nearly walked out.
That said, we’re glad we stayed. The food was fantastic, and our taste buds were very happy in the end. With just a few improvements in hospitality, this place could easily become a favorite.

This is the BEST vegan cafe in central Florida. We got the mac and cheese, the burrito bowl, go go bar, iced coffee, grilled cheese and tomato soup and the strawberry parfait and EVERYTHING was a 10/10. Nothing in Orlando or Tampa can compare!
