Should have read other reviews before going inside.
It is fast Mexican food at sit down restaurant prices. The quality is just not there.
The burrito shell is put in and out of heater without heating. Cold, damp and doughy.
The counters and protective glass are cloudy and positioned so that one cannot clearly see the proteins. Went with chicken because it is hard to screw up and the other meats were not looking impressive.
Fresh pico just as burrito got pushed to that station. The pico was flavorful other than that the flavors were nothing to write home about….(or write a review about. lol)
Probably should have eaten at home….

Update! I received an email from someone at corporate asking me to contact them. I followed the instructions supplied to reach that contact person. As of today nothing.
Why bother with wasting my time?
This kinda review could be handled with a simple call to discuss.
Or order was not made correctly.
And only 1/2 portion.We used Doordash. We found this out in this experience. Wanda was our driver But Billy was the person who delivered. These people are criminals. Poseing as someone else. Anyway back to the food. Doordash gave a 10$ credit really made up for the lack of portion. I called the store the manager would not say anything but we can’t give you a refund you used a third party. SO i ask her so it’s door dash fault. She said yes. We make all our dishes per policy. What that means I don’t know.
I tried to contact salsariritas corporate 2x nothing. So DO NoT let DD on your property if they damage something they will not pay. Because they don’t know if bill or Wanda delivered.
And for salsariritas. You judge from the photos of I should be upset for 50$

Horrible employees and mangers the employees love to speak on other people in the line when making food but as soon as you confront them in private they have nothing to say and sit there and look stupid then the supposed gm loves to say others aren’t doing there job when she basically stands there then the mangers specifically Vincent or whatever his names dropped chicken on the ground and proceeded to say it’s fine pick it up and put it in the back to re use the next day which if you ask me is a safety issue I personally wouldn’t waste my money here

Used to love Salsaritas. Haven’t been in a while so thought I’d give a try. Girl behind the counter talked so fast I couldn’t even make a decision before she was pushing for the next question. $15 for a bowl of rice with a little chicken and chips. Never again

Terrible customer service , unfriendly and un-professional. Had a very very simple request and they could not even take a monment to help me . So rude , I thought they were there to help customers not make them feel stupid . I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!! avoid this place there’s plenty of other good restaurants in the area. They don’t appreciate their customers , thumbs down.

Food was great. Margaritas were awesome. Wish I had gotten our waiters name he was a very short mexican fellow and he was cool, even taking a min to sit at table with us and chill. Nice little place to eat.

Went for lunch on Saturday. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and efficient. Everyone knew their role and were quick to step in when it was their turn. The environment was clean. The food was delicious and presented well. No complaints. Will definitely return!

The bathrooms were ice boxes and reminded me of a horror movie film. The food wasn’t even hot or fresh. One of the workers making food came out to the dining room with her gloves on, made a drink, and then went back behind the counter and drank her drink, and wejt back to cooking food, all without changing a single glove
