Don’t believe it when they tell you all hamburgers are built the same.
No exaggeration, but this was most definitely the best mushroom Swiss hamburger, that I have ever had. “Anywhere.” And honestly the last thing I thought I would find at the airport! Cooked perfectly, not too oily, the bun wasn’t soggy, and the Truffle Oil gave it an added zing, that just amplified the flavor.
The fries were decent. Contrary to a burger, Fries for the most part are just fries.
Most importantly the service was stellar. The host was pleasant and seated me right away, and my server was diligent and but he wasnt pushy with the service.
Atmosphere was cool, nice tunes, good games playing and a swanky little gem in the Las Vegas Airport.
Can’t wait to come back!

This place gave me some of the absolute worst service imaginable. They took over 45 minutes to bring me a simple burger with fries. When I went to pay they tried to double charge for every single thing I ate, refused to take it off and then made me wait 30 minutes before doing it. After seeing their tip of $0, they fraudulently went back and added a $10 tip for themselves.
Unfortunately for them, I have a picture of the receipt before I left which does not match what they submitted to the credit card company so they will lose on dispute.

The reviews almost scared me away, but I’m glad they didn’t. I wasn’t in a hurry so thought I’d give this restaurant a try since it was near my gate. I was a bit slow to be seated because the host had just left after lunch rush (1pm). After being seated, my server was attentive. I ordered the goat pizza. I was kindly warned that it was expected to take 18-20 minutes. This was ok with me. The pizza was a great value for $16 at the airport. I ate about 3/4 of it and was full. I wish they had sausage or pepperoni, but would order the goat again.

Had the breakfast. The eggs were nasty. The bacon tasted weird. But the bread and potatoes were okay. Would not recommend for breakfast. Might be good for lunch/ dinner as they have better looking options.
Edit: i changed the food to a 3 stars and the over all review to a 4 stars because they brought out more bread when i did not like the eggs. Would recommend!

Knights spread said assorted cheese. It had maybe 4 small four small pieces of mozzarella cheese. Parmesan fries were okay. No malt vinegar for fish and chips.

Had a terrible experience here thanks to the “manager”, which is unfortunate because the staff was awesome! The incident happened on the day of the AFC championship game between the Denver Broncos and NE Patriots. The game was on, lots of people cheering and having a good time. The manager comes out and turns the volume of the TVs down. Lady seated next to me asked if he could turn the volume back up, saying “I can’t hear the game”. His response was, “that’s kind of the point. Besides, at 2pm football is going off and I am switching the TVs to hockey”. Never seen anything like it! Absolutely clueless to what the customers wanted. I will never step foot back in this place.

This was probably the best airport food I’ve ever had HOWEVER the order took forever to be made. I asked for a refund 20mins into waiting. The person taking orders needed a manager. No problem. Someone else came to the desk whom I thought was the manager since the first person stated she needed a manager to complete the request. I politely asked for a refund. This other person looked at my receipt and she had said I was only waiting for 20 mins. (Bold statement). I told her waiting this long was ridiculous and I needed a refund. She told me she needed her manager. I quickly apologized as I thought this was the manager and told her that I thought she was as the first person stated she needed a manager. That didn’t matter as she decided to make it worse, berate me, and rudely informed me that the kitchen is also making food for the bar. Thankfully the food was ready come 25mins later. They asked if I still wanted a refund and since I was in a hurry at this point I just wanted to be done. I took the food and left just to find out the order itself was wrong. So, if you have awhile to spend come here but if you need anything regarding your order stay away.

I was waiting for my flight and decided to get some food and a drink. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink and a pizza. After finishing my drink, I requested another from the bartender. I waited for my food for quite some time, and eventually, I had to ask the bartender about its status. He informed me that the food had been burnt and they were remaking it. It had been almost 40 minutes since I placed my order, and I was not informed of the issue until I inquired. Unfortunately, I had to leave without eating as I no longer had time to order anything else. I wish the bartender had informed me about the burnt food as soon as he knew. I do not plan to return. In addition to the limited drink selection, the service was quite poor.
