I ordered food for myself and ordered a burger with no mustard & no onions for a friend. My friend opened the burger to find ONIONS in there. If someone makes a custom order, it’s usually for a reason. What if my friend didn’t notice the onion, and ate the burger, and had an allergic reaction to it? Some people are allergic to stuff. I guess McDonalds doesn’t care about lawsuits. I would rather go eat at Chick Fil A since they treat people better.

Outstanding service! I came back through the drive-thru because I thought I had accidentally left my credit card with the cashier. The staff was so kind and patient, and the manager even took the time to review and download the security footage to show me that I had actually taken my card back. They treated me with complete professionalism and care throughout the whole situation. Truly above and beyond customer service!

I specifically went to the kiosk so that I could put my order in and there would be no issue or questions as to what I was ordering. I ordered a HAMBURGER combo. I specifically went to the kiosk so that I could order a hamburger without cheese because they can never get it right at the register so I thought it would be more clear at the kiosk because the picture of the hamburger is the button I pushed. HAMBURGER meaning, no cheese because that would be a cheeseburger. Imagine my surprise when I got home and I had cheeseburger. I only come to this McDonald’s when I’m starving and have no other On the go, and once again, you have let me down This is the absolute worst McDonald’s in the franchise and And McDonald employees want to demand $15-$20 an hour and they cannot differentiate between a cheeseburger and a hamburger, even though it clearly says it on the ticket and the order. Worst McDonald’s ever. Next time I would rather starve than eat at this McDonald’s that cannot get an order correct. It’s just a simple order. It was clear it’s just not that hard.

I stood there 10 minutes before they acknowledged that I had ordered a coffee. The employees were having a great time though chatting and horsing around. One was licking the spilled cool whip off of his fingers as he carried someone’s icecream around. Then they didn’t have any coffee (9am) and had to make a pot… another 5-10 minutes.

Easily the worst McDonalds I’ve had. Dry Big Mac. Dry stale fries. Lukewarm sandwiches at best. Would avoid and go elsewhere. Been a couple times and not worth stopping here until they revamp.

Had me wait at the speaker for 15 mins and another 10 mins at the window. They had the nerve to have an attitude when I said something then they replace my sprite with water. I had some strange sauce on the burger and it was a complete mess. Customer service reached and promised me a free meal but never received it. Don’t eat here. You’ll be trapped in the drive thru and they will mess with your food. They quadruple their prices for the same dry food but still have people with no home training touching what goes in your body.

Absolutely horrible service todsyon November 12 at2:45. It took 15 minutes to get my order and the order was wrong 3x’s. The rude lady that just returned to the store and was working in the back yelled I put my order in wrong. I have ordered the same meal every week for a year do I would find it hard to believe I would input my order incorrectly. Other people got the incorrect food also. Tables dirty. Drive in backed up.

The lobby is open, so I went inside to order. No one was in line and halfway through my order, they switched people. Person 1 apparently entered nothing. Person 2 asked what I wanted. I asked if anything was already entered and she said, “I don’t know. I just got here!” I reordered and waited a very long time for no apparent reason. Every single worker there seemed as though they are passed at life and hate their job. It was so toxic, I went and ate in my car. I got a chicken sandwich meal and a milkshake. The sandwich and fries were hot, but the sandwich was just thrown into the box with the toppings mostly off with much of it in the box- see the pictures. I regret spending my money here! It was definitely not worth over $12.

Waited 30+ minutes for an order while others came and went. Asked what the problem was and I was met with a rude response from one of the staff members. Never got the food! Avoid this store at all costs around lunch time.
