Vedge is truly exceptional.

The food was amazing from start to finish. Every dish felt thoughtful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It was one of those meals that leaves you completely satisfied without feeling heavy. The flavors were vibrant and balanced, and each plate felt creative yet comforting at the same time.

The drinks were excellent as well. Creative, well crafted, and a perfect complement to the food.

What really elevated the experience was the service. It was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever feeling intrusive. The staff clearly care about what they’re serving and about making sure guests have a memorable experience.

An incredible meal all around. I can’t wait to go back.

Such a fantastic spot. I love vegan a vegetarian cuisine that doesn’t offer you a bunch of attempts at fake meats but rather lets the vegetables stand on their own.

We did the tasting menu and the consommé and the mushrooms were the absolute stand outs. The tofu dish was a little disappointing but not enough to detract from the exceptional meal.

I went to Vedge for a birthday dinner and noted it in the reservation. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and light, but the birthday touches were minimal — menus said “Happy Birthday” and the dessert I ordered came with a single candle. The server accidentally spilled a glass of water, mostly on the floor, with limited follow‑up. Overall, the food was outstanding, though the birthday acknowledgment and service recovery felt understated for a special occasion.

Anyone who says “I need meat” is either a picky eater (no judgment – the struggle is real) or just plain isn’t thinking it through. This food is as delicious as any meal I’ve had anywhere, truly special. Also the service is just about perfect and the wine tasting is daring but satisfying.

The food is great, we had a couple snacks & drink at the bar, as well as 3 main dishes for dinner; the fancy radishes, fingerlings, tacos & cheesesteak were amazing, drinks were wonderful, too. For desserts, the chocolate pot de creme was to die for.

I’ve been to a lot of nice vegan restaurants, but this was one of the best I’ve been to! We were a big party so we ordered one of everything on the menu and everything was incredible! Every drink was also so good, and the atmosphere and service was so wonderful! It was so worth the trip and I hope to be back! It was also very gluten free friendly.

Went there for my partner’s birthday dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and super accommodating of our daughter and her stroller. The food…. phenomenal. I’m not vegan/vegetarian and enjoyed everything we ordered. The BBQ carrots may have been my favorite. Although the corn fritters and stuffed avocado we’re just as amazing.

I cannot remember the last time I had a meal this good. It was so satisfying and the flavors were so meticulously thought out and layered. We came to Vedge to celebrate my 40th, it was my first time there and I am most certainly going to be returning!

The host was extremely unwelcoming. We arrived after walking outside in a snowstorm for over ten minutes with our two small children—one of whom was asleep, while the other (an infant) began crying briefly upon seeing the host. She cried for approximately one minute. During that time, the host chose to seat us at a table isolated from the rest of the restaurant, placing us behind the coat rack (see attached photos).

The host did not offer to take our coats or assist with our stroller. Meanwhile, we observed him providing this assistance to every other guest who entered the restaurant. This was especially noticeable given that we were seated directly behind the coat rack.

The baby stopped crying almost instantly after we were seated and settled.
