The coffee has to be made out of some of the worse burned moldy old poorly stored stuff, a real disaster. In order to be able to drink it, they cleverly bury it in a ton of various foreign sounding ingredients… the result is an hyper caloric $25 sweet minestrone mess. Surprisingly sandwiches and such can be really good.

On 11/13 around noon, I visited Starbucks and ordered a coffee and a cookie from Holly. When I paid using the Starbucks app, I noticed it was Reusable Holiday Red Cup Day. I asked Holly if they had the cups in stock, and she said, “We do, but you need to purchase a holiday beverage.” I responded, “Great! Can I order one with you?” She replied, “No, you’ll need to come back around and place a new order I have cars behind you.”
There was only one car behind me and one placing an order at the speaker. While I understand the importance of keeping the line moving, asking me to drive around again instead of simply adding a holiday drink to my order felt like poor customer service.

Stopped in as we traveled through. The stop was quick, coffee came out fast and was very good. The staff members were nice.

I came to this location this morning and ordered a Grande Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and nothing else. When I get to the window I saw that the total was $14.42 and told them that’s not my order because normally the drink is around $6. I get it all the time. One of the employees at the window kept insisting that it was my order even though I kept reassuring them that it wasn’t.
They closed the window and had me sitting there for close to ten minutes. Then they still charged me for my drink after all of that. You all need to own your mistakes because it was clear that one of you forgot to ring someone up and ended up charging me by accident. I had no reason to lie about what I ordered. As a manager I would’ve never charged someone for their drink after all of that!

Located right in the Southport shopping center, across from the bank and the Verizon store, it’s conveniently just off I-95 if you are headed south. The Starbucks menu is pretty standard. Seen one, seen them all. This location is nicely maintained. The staff was pretty helpful when they didn’t have the sandwich we wanted… They gave some other good suggestions. It was surprisingly full of people on laptops at 9:00pm… But there were still seats.

A convenient location that allows quick access from I-95. They have extended hours compared to most other locations, which is a nice plus also. The staff is always friendly and they keep the drive thru line moving at a good pace. Their drinks are almost always right on point. A good Starbucks location that is worth frequenting.

I’m happy with my Americano but the outdoor seating isn’t great. We sat outside and while they do play music through outdoor speakers…I could only hear the sounds of trucks and cars driving through the busy intersection in front of the seating area.
