The restaurant was esthetically pleasing and the atmosphere felt like you walked into a different world. The server was amazing and tried her best to explain the menu to us in English. The food came and it was just like the picture menu. The order for my friend and I were so good we never wanted to leave. There was a lot of meat added which I felt like it overloaded the sandwich but I was disappointed. If you’re a foodie and you like trying new things definitely stop in. Our drinks were so good we ordered 2. Everything was flavorful and filling our mouth watered. Downside is the parking, it was really difficult to find. And if you want alcoholic beverages then its at the next restaurant-which we opted out of.

I live in the Washington, DC area, and I can honestly say we don’t have a single restaurant that comes even close to the flavors Veco delivers. The food here is on another level. I would gladly make the entire trip again just for the cazuela—it’s that good.
Everything we tried was absolutely wonderful, full of flavor and clearly made with care. What really impressed me is that even my picky eaters loved their meals, which almost never happens.
Veco is the kind of place you remember long after you leave. Truly exceptional food and an experience worth traveling for. We can’t wait to come back!
