Vault & Cellar continuously delivers an exquisite dining experience. The ambiance of both the main dining room and cellar bar is warm and inviting, great for date night, a business dinner or special occasion. The hospitality provided by each team member remains first class – welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes are thoughtfully crafted, delicious and filling. The cocktails and desserts are decadent and almost too beautiful to eat/drink. Savory or sweet, there is something exciting waiting for every pallet.

Service was very good. Greeted with a smile. The water that was brought has some red type of flakes floating in it. The sweet tea was good but super sweet. They have a butler type of guy which is cool. I feel like they spent more time on the presentation of the food more than the taste. Eggs Benny tasted burnt and the ham was tiny bits of meat. I didn’t try the other one but was told it was good but the taste didn’t blend. $60+ for two ppl. Nice experience but we will stick with Waffle House next time.

Second time here and they were just as exceptional as the first!!! Wonderful service! Phenomenal food (mostly locally grown/sourced)!!! Outstanding drinks! I really cannot give them enough praise!
If I’m ever in the area and have time, I will always make it a point to stop in! (Including photos from both visits)

Exquisitely prepared Appalachian fare with unique game meats such as wild boar, duck and venison in a tastefully appointed Victorian storefront. Dishes were freshly prepared with attention to service. Extensive whiskey menu with seasonal and designer cocktails. Four stars because the duck breast, which seemingly was prepared sous vide, was served at room temperature (neither hot nor cold) over hot grains and greens and the temperature on the $40 dish did not appeal to the palate.

This quaint little restaurant will really wow you. With the friendly smiles and the welcoming feel. The team worked well together to deliver a five star experience. The gentleman Dan helping me and Erika, did great with pacing my food. I never felt rushed. Today was one of those days where you just wanted to treat yourself to something great and they delivered. You get so much flavor and stellar portion for the price. I definitely will be back.

We were excited to try the brunch. The seating is our biggest complaint. We had 4 adults and a baby and we were seated in the bar area.
We had a bench seat all wood and no pad, and then 2 of the swivel bar stools that are horrible, paired with a high top table that was wobbly. The chairs are pretty to look at but the most uncomfortable chairs. I constantly felt I was falling and described it as those pencils as a kid that had a spring and a bobblehead on top. And if you managed to get your chair stable then you touch the table and it was moving. I definitely would not sit there again.
The server was very kind, food variety was a nice variety. The food was average but not great for the high prices. Our omelet was $26, I believe. Totally for 4 people was $148 before tip. That did include 1 mimosa and 1 bloody mary.

Amazing food from a super talented chef with knowledgeable enthusiastic and delightful staff. Every dish was original and truly delicious. The peanut soup is legendary and for good reason! The oysters with a special vinaigrette were superb! The passion fruit cheesecake was sinfully unforgettable! A joy full of evening all around !

The food and service were incredible. I had the vault breakfast sandwich and to be honest it is up there for the best Ive ever had. The waffle bun was a little crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside. The balance of savory crispy bacon egg and cheese and poblano mayo with the slight sweet of the waffle was to die for. The “yukon gold coins” were seasoned perfectly and had balance between a few crispy and a few thicker cut rounds. My partner had the blueberry pancakes with maple bourbon syrup. These were also delicious, with a good helping of freshly whipped cream to go with light fluffy pancakes. The servers were so friendly, and the space itself offers a lot of interesting things to look at being an old bank. Very cool place, great vibes, and absolutely stellar brunch food! Also to note: my partner and I are visibly queer and covid conscious so we mask indoors. Some of the places we’ve been to have given us odd looks or stares but there was none of that here. Very accepting and friendly

Delicious food and great drink selection! I was really happy with the gluten free options available—even for dessert. Anthony was an excellent server who was very kind and charismatic and made great suggestions.
