I have never been to a more poorly managed restaurant in my life. Don’t expect to wait any less than 30 minutes to get your food. This is not a one off experience, this has been the case 90% of the time I’ve gone there. 8+ staff, regularly see at least three of them standing around doing nothing. Do not waste your time.

I guess if you are expecting customer service on the weekend you actually have to wait for the drive thru staff to finish with their vape in the back of the store and walk through to take your order. Then the order gets screwed up..twice in the last two weekends! Congratulations!

I thought I would get some ice cream after my Applebees. So I walked over to Dairy Queen and got in line. The second I stepped in, the place reeked of weed. The line took about 10 minutes and there were only about 3 other people in front of me. After I finally got my order in I sat down to wait for my order. It took 35 minutes to get my order. I only ordered a shake. And to get my shake I had to go ask for it. Overall did not enjoy my time at this restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing as well.

Ok, so… The service is incredibly slow. To get 2 burgers and fries took over 20 minutes. I have heard that this is pretty typical. I doubt that I will ever get food here again. Maybe I’ll get ice cream, but I kinda doubt it.
The burgers taste like cereal burgers. The size of the fries leaves a bit to be desired. The fries were awful. Their milk shake machine was broken. Basically, really disappointed.

Tables weren’t clean, food was okay, a bit noisy, hard to have a simple conversation. My fish sandwich was cold but my fries were VERY hot so, guess can’t get it just right ,at least not this visit.

One thing for sure and 2 for certain I will not be dining at this location again. Price aside, because everything is expensive these days, from the moment I pulled into the drive thru I was unimpressed. I was the only car in line and still managed to have to wait about 10 minutes to get my order taken, another 10 for it to come out. And then when it did come out it was the wrong order. I went inside to have it corrected and spent an additional 10-15 minutes waiting for my remake.
A woman who had been dining in prior to my arrival, had approached the counter and stated she had been waiting over 30 minutes for her food. The food runner, although efficient and friendly did not seem properly trained on the station. I overheard a frustrated employee telling the blizzard station crew that they were making the blizzards sloppy and that she couldn’t send it out in that condition. Other people that had approached the counter were missing items or had incorrect items. There seems to be a total lack of communication and systematic practices.
I would like to note that, I do not feel this stems from the employees. I felt all of the staff was friendly and courteous and honestly just overwhelmed and probably overworked. I think to better this establishment, more systematic practices and procedure should be in place and enforced. Employees should be retrained, so they fully understand there objective at their station. At bare minimum at least getting the order correct and in a timely fashion would greatly improve the success of this establishment.
I don’t feel as if this is a terrible place, I don’t even think the food is all that bad. Though there was a black plastic shard in my fries that was mildly concerning, and I asked for a Oreo blizzard, and received a different one with a peanut butter base. Which had I been allergic to peanut butter, that could’ve turned badly.
The serious issues that should be addressed are timely orders, correct orders and, better communication amongst staff. I feel like that would transform this place to be more successful, and more enjoyable overall.

Constantly running out of food, staff is rude and slow, even on a not so busy day. When they do have food, it comes out cold regardless how soon you ordered it. A particular staff member, I don’t know the name, but I am almost certain, she was a manger of some sort, she was not dressed in the uniform everyone else was dressed in. My boyfriend and I ordered a small sundae, a small misty freeze and instead we got a watered down slushie that was straight liquid sugar and when we asked her about it she said, “we stopped doing those” so she willing sold us straight liquid sugar, fully aware that the machine was off and she still sold it to us. We waited for 15 minutes for then to call our order of 3 things. The third being a small order of fries, which was also cold.

FINALLY got to go through the drive thru here after almost 2 months of this place being insanely busy. I got a burger and cheese curds and honestly it was really good. And bonus points for having coke zero! They have quite a large menu of food aside from their famous ice cream items. Definitely wanna come back and try other things on the menu. Despite being the only person in the drive thru at the time, service was a little slow. Only other thing is that the serving sizes are enormous! No way I could finish my meal. But very good overall
