We absolutely love the pizza here. There is no flash or pomp, and that’s why we love it. You get a great slice of pizza at a reasonable price. Plus the staff are so friendly! Do yourself a favor and visit Vaughn’s for a really solid slice.

Tucked away off the main path, hidden in the Highlands Ranch shopping center. Great inexpensive Italian food. Atmosphere much like a neighborhood tavern. Good selection of craft beers, wines & mixed drinks. Clean & friendly for dining in, though they do take out and delivery’s too! Best options are their lunch specials, much more reasonable than fast food!!!
Update: came back & tried the lasagna. Not bad either & the Caesar Salad was to die for! Added pictures. Service was fast, though they were looking for help & we did have to wait a little for a tea refill.

Stopped by to pick up some wings and pizza for dinner last night. The hot boneless wings were spicy and delicious. We then had the Draft House Deluxe pizza which is probably the best pizza we’ve ever had in this entire area. Outstanding.

9.17.24 Visited for lunch with some co-workers. Waiter was very friendly. Cups for cokes/teas are larger than most places. Tried 1 pepperoni slice and 1 ground beef slice for their 2 slice lunch special that includes a drink for $11. Food was great and service as well. Highly recommended!

I ordered a pizza online for pickup and it was made incorrectly. I was told it would be made again. Once completed for the 2nd time it was wrong. I understand if it was busy but I was the only guest they had. I asked to speak to the manager (Chris) he was sitting at the bar having a beer… I asked him what he would do about this and he stated “I don’t know I guess they will have to remake it” then proceeds to walk away as if I wasn’t speaking with him. Terrible service I don’t recommend. Why are you managing and drinking on the clock just not a good look.

5/19- update:
Pizza is better and improved. Flavor is good.
3/2- Decent pizza. Flavor was bland. Pepperoni pizza tasted the same as any other place. The garlic knots were bland. Price is good, but on par with Pizza Hut. My kids voted school pizza is better.

A hole in the wall In Flower Mound, this pizzeria serves up delicious calzones, pasta, and wings. If you have dietary needs, ie gluten intolerance, this is not the spot for you, but there is a gluten free crust on offer. There is a rotating option of craft beers and a few staple wine options. The service was a bit slow for us, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d go back. Give it a try!

This is our go-to pizza spot in Flower Mound for New York style pizza. We each had the salad and slice lunch special that comes with a drink. The iceberg salad was very fresh and comes with sliced mushrooms, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, a pepper and choice of dressing. And that ranch… so thick and tasty! The slice was huge and came with 2 toppings. Served steaming hot with the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Our server took great care of us too.

Our first time here. We had the meat lovers pizza. Great crunchy crust and plenty of meats! The Greek salad was a bit disappointing; I have had better Greek salads at other pizza outlets near by.

Like any red-blooded American human, I really love pizza. I’m not one of those who insists on a particular style, though, so I generally have a favorite of every style. However, I’m always going to have one particular place that comes to mind when I think “pizza”, and it just so happens that Vaughn’s, for the DFW area, is that place.
It’s nothing fancy — classic, “New York style”, I suppose, not trying to be anything pretentious… but man oh man, it just hits right, every time. They have a full menu, but I can’t imagine coming here and not getting pizza. The service is always friendly and fast, the atmosphere is your classic old-school pizza joint, and the pizza is simple, pure, and outstanding. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty, the crust has juuuust the right balance of crisp, bite, and chew, the cook is always spot-on, and most importantly for me, the sauce tastes amazing.
To paraphrase my favorite bearded Baptist, C.H. Spurgeon, “visit many good pizza joints, but live in Vaughn’s”. If you’ve never been, do yourself a favor and hit them up. If it’s been a while, revisit.
