Walked in on Tuesday for lunch to find no one at the counter to take my order. I noticed a women flirting and chatting it up with a guy at the pick up area and assumed they were waiting for an order. I waited for about 7 minutes. Suddenly the women noticed me and dashed to the register., she worked there, about the same time a guy came out from the kitchen to take my order. I placed my order then waited…..forever! Had a to go order and didn’t realize my chicken sandwich would be swimming in grease and inedible. This store needs a Manager to oversee his crew. I won’t be back. This is not the Chick filet standard

Sept. 2025: Slowest, least friendly Chik-fil-a we’ve ever been to. Put in a mobile order, scanned the code, and were the first car in line. There was one car in the regular drive-thru had one car. Spent more than 5 minutes listening to them talk through the door about schedules, got the notification that our order was ready, waited another 8 minutes for them to come out only for it to not be our order. A few minutes later, our order was finally ready.

Its hard to pic favorites out of the two locations in FWB but they are both owned by the same gentleman. I have met him a time or two and he as always been very kind and he is in one store of the other making sure it runs, I have seen him in the parking lot direction traffic and I have seen him in the lobby helping customers. There is nothing that man wont do. Fast friendly service and fresh food is the standard here.

100% up to Chick-fil-A standards in all aspects, but the drive through is hard to find for first timers. Could use some signs. Also if corporate is reading this, I suggest a clip for the top of the drive through tablets that the menu cards can go in.
