Food was fresh, hot, fries were crispy, delicious, with generous portions, and delivered quickly by very friendly driver. We ordered one Cheeseburger Dinner, one Marinara Meatball sub, and one Steak sub with onion, peppers, cheese. We thought all were just delish. Also had cheesecake wedge and brownie for dessert. Surprisingly divine, esp cheesecake, wow! This was our first order, but not last! We will def order again.

Absolutely disgusting experience.

I ordered pizza for a group of girls who had not eaten all day. What arrived was cold, not what was ordered (not cheese), and worst of all, a slice was already missing, making it appear the food had been tampered with. That alone is a serious food safety issue.

When I contacted the owner, it somehow got worse. The owner was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me multiple times instead of addressing the problem. They refused to issue a refund, showed zero concern for food safety, and took no responsibility.

Serving food that appears partially eaten and then hanging up on a customer who raises a legitimate concern is completely unacceptable. If you value basic hygiene, customer service, or being treated with respect, do not order from here!!!

Vasilios Pizza is one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a really good cheese pizza. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce is full of flavor, and the cheese is always melted just right and generously portioned. Every time I go, the pizza tastes fresh and hits the spot. Service is quick and friendly, which makes the experience even better. If you appreciate a simple, classic cheese pizza done right, this place never disappoints.

This entire situation was chaotic and exhausting, largely due to GrubHub—but unfortunately it still reflects poorly on Vasilos Pizza because of how it was handled in person.

I live less than half a mile from the restaurant, yet my GrubHub order took over two hours with repeated delays. I did not ask for the order to be canceled. I specifically asked GrubHub not to cancel it and requested a refund back to my card because of the excessive delay. Instead, GrubHub canceled the order anyway and issued me a credit that can only be used on GrubHub and expires in 90 days.

Because the order was canceled against my wishes, when I finally drove to the restaurant myself in a snowstorm, Vasilos Pizza said they could not give me the order since it was marked canceled in their system. I was forced to place a brand-new order and wait again.

The end result:
• ~$70 spent on GrubHub
• ~$50 spent directly at the restaurant
• Remaining money stuck as GrubHub credits
• 15+ minutes on the phone with GrubHub support
• Now needing to call my credit card company to dispute charges

I understand GrubHub caused most of this, but once I was physically in the restaurant after everything that happened, I expected some level of flexibility or customer care instead of being sent back to square one.

Food aside, this was a brutal customer experience, and it’s one I won’t be repeating.

I had my food delivered to my hotel. It arrived sooner than expected and WOW. I did not expect to receive so much food. Huge serving of pasta with great flavor. And of course I had to finish it all.
Your driver was great and called me when close by.

Chicken Alfredo was decent, Portion size excellent and price was great. The grilled chicken was a little over cooked and the flour rue had a little too much flour. I had Broccoli mixed in that was soggy. You could tell it was microwaved. Regardless of that it was good.

Ordered on superbowl Sunday using Slice App. Driver had incorrect address but called me to correct it. Even with stopping at the wrong complex, the food was still hot and the order was handed to me 10min earlier than app said. Driver was polite, food was delicious.

I am updating my review in all fairness to the owners. I had originally posted that my seafood platters arrived late twice. They have reached out to me and gave me a refund for those two items. My three stars is based on the wings and the grinder and four stars for service because they did reach out and provide a refund for the platters in a timely manner. Some businesses do not stand by their word.
