Food was phenomenal and came out really fast! Everyone is friendly and the flavors are very authentic. The portions are a little small for the price, but enough to feel full and leave some room for dessert!

I love thai food and have come here since they opened. The food is always great. Staff is always friendly and the service is fast. My problem is with the prices and portion sizes. Tonight before work I picked up an order. Tom Yum soup, chicken larb and a side of rice-total around $26. The portion size keeps getting smaller and smaller. Knowing how to make these myself, I can say the prices don’t reflect the portion size at all. I really hope that they go back to bigger portions for what they are charging. I’ve gotten multiple orders over the past few months that are this size. It’s disheartening.

OMG!! This is the best Thai food we’ve found since moving here from Oregon last year! It actually tastes like Thai food!! And they have Thai iced coffee!!! Sorry, I’m screaming, I’m just so seriously happy right now. Thank you so much for existing!!! We will be back!

So I really love Thai food, and Asian food in general. The spices and richness of the food is always delightful when done well. This place does exactly that. We had two appetizers and two main dishes. The fried spring rolls were flavorful and had an amazing crunch accompanied by a great dipping sauce. We had the yellowtail and it was served with a jalapeño on it and again, the sauce was a great dipping condiment that. Now for the main event we had the pork belly ramen and spicy fried rice. The ramen (tonkotsu) was delicious with great flavor, and the pork belly was massive. Great dish all around. The star of the evening was the Spivey fried rice. It was amazing. Great spice and great flavor. Not overly greasy with big plump shrimp. I love the bok Choy and crunchy onions in. The place was small but very well done and had a casual, but nice casual vibe. Good for hanging out or a date. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing. We were originally going elsewhere but there was a 45m wait, then we saw this in the same parking lot and gave it a shot.
I got the Evil Noodles (duh) and my daughter got Tuna with rice shaped like a turtle. The “as spicy as you can make it” turned out to be “not very spicy”, but the flavor was wonderful.

The pineapple fried rice is heavenly. The best fried rice ever. The flavors are abundant and very fresh. Service is good and restaurant is nice and well maintained. Great food and they have sushi. The California roll was fair.

Excellent service, never a dissappointment. My favorite dish so far is the cashew chicken. I would also recommend the Lanna Curry Ramen. The chicken was delicious. My least favorite one was the Khao-Soi (Forgive me if I spelled that wrong). I just didn’t like the coconut taste in the curry. I love their sticky rice with coconut ice cream. It reminds me of arroz con leche.
The salmon and cream cheese rangoons are amazing especially with that sweet sauce.

They’ve changed the pork belly sliders. It was quite good but I think they could’ve not put that much brown sauce on it. We finally tried their sushi, and it’s so good. I tried the hurricane which was super good. It had salmon on top. Inside, it had cream cheese and I believe crab meat.

Tried the chicken satay. The chicken was good but I didn’t like the peanut butter sauce (the spices were a bit strong for me). The coconut ice cream with sticky rice is always a great choice for dessert. Staff always pleasant as well!

Another great dining experience. I see that they held back on the brown sauce on the pork belly sliders. They were perfect! I tried the neua ka tar which is marinated beef with veggies. It was so delicious. Staff so friendly, love supporting them. See you again!

I tried their teriyaki salmon. It was so delicious. Their homemade teriyaki sauce is *chef’s kiss*.

Steamed dumplings are great, and it pairs great with soy sauce or with the sauce it comes with. I did like the Scary Jerry roll. It tasted fresh and light.

Tantanmen: A new addition to the Varee menu. I was not prepared on the heat! I was coughing after the first bite but I got used to it. Full of flavor but for my taste buds, I would lower the spiciness a bit. I did not eat the red chili strands; I think it was more of a garnish.

I love their new addition of the bonchon chicken wings! Korean-inspired, sweet and spicy, and juicy! A new fav!

I’ve been to Varee a few times and the food quality is consistently excellent — the flavors are thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and really hit the mark. Unfortunately, the portion sizes are surprisingly smaller and smaller, consistently falling well below what I’d expect from other local restaurants or basic nutritional standards. Given the higher price point, the value just isn’t there; you pay a premium for a plate that barely satisfies. If they can up their portions or adjust pricing to match, this place would easily warrant a higher rating.”

A solid 4.5 this time around. We visited once before, and we were not impressed. This time, we ordered different items, and it was yummy! I could get addicted to the fresh shrimp spring rolls.
