Lunch with friends, all three sandwiches were good. My friends had the chicken sandwich and the steak sandwich I had the Midnight sandwich, which is basically the Cuban on Hawaiian type sweet bread. I thought it was delicious.
My friend who got steak sandwich said he had ordered a Cuban, but I know he mumbled it, and he’s also kind of deaf, so when the server repeated what she thought he said (steak), he nodded. His fault. I know he enjoyed his food, though.
Personally, I thought it was expensive, it was over $60 for these three sandwiches, no drinks and a side of rice and beans, at lunch, but then I’m not from this area and also am a cheapa$$ so maybe this pricing was fine for Naples.
It was a pretty nice place, but the bathroom door frame and door itself could use a good scrubbing. Other than that, it was all pretty good.

Van van is one of those places you can not miss if you live or visit Naples. It’s a beautiful location/ atmosphere and family run. I have been going for several years and contrary to most restaurants their food and service is always better than the time before. I recently ordered catering for my wife’s birthday and everyone was amazed on the taste and quality. It was fast and on time. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend you to check this place out!

They said it’s the best Cuban sandwich in Naples and I can’t argue with that! One of the best I ever had. My wife had the 1/2 chicken which was great with black beans and rice and fried plantains!

Van Van Cuban Cafe is tucked in on the first floor of a plaza that is easy to pass by on 41, but it shouldn’t be missed! There is some outdoor seating on the sidewalk and indoor seating inside with a small bar that serves wine and beer – no liquor to my knowledge. The food was great, all standard Cuban fare. All ingredients were freshly prepared and made to order. The service was friendly, and the food came out surprisingly fast for how fresh it was. The prices were slightly more expensive than I had expected, but that won’t stop me from coming back again.

First time at Van Van Cuban Cafe. We were very happy with our meal. Both main dishes came with choices of two sides, everything was absolutely delicious and had a ton of flavor. Flan and tres leches were good for dessert. Place could use a little bit more character, music they had was great. It probably was the most expensive Cuban restaurant we’ve been to, at $25+ per each main dish. It was probably the tastiest too.

My fiancé and I came here for an early dinner. Being from Miami, I was looking for a good Cuban spot. To our surprise, this place was great! Service was excellent (Jamie took great care of us), ambiance was nice and clean (more upscale than I imagined), and the food was very authentic and tasty. I had the vaca frita and my fiancé had the lechón asado accompanied by the garbanzo soup and some beers. Will definitely come back!

Really great restaurant located in a strip mall in Naples, Florida. The best Cuban food I’ve had since dinner at the Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana 6 years ago.
My dinner of ropa vieja, the national dish of Cuba, was absolutely delicious. The plantains were perfectly prepared and the rice moist and cooked to perfection. Desert of flan was excellent. Prices are reasonable.
The restaurant is small and nicely decorated. There is some outside seating. Miguel was very efficient, friendly and attentive.
