If you’re anywhere near El Centro, Valley Vida is a must-stop. Super welcoming, truly family-run, and you can feel the pride the moment you walk in.
The sandwiches are next level — fresh, stacked just right, and full of flavor. The Godfather is an absolute must, and you have to pair it with a cucumber limeade with chia. Trust me.
It’s a true gem in El Centro, and I already can’t wait to be back in the area just to visit again. Dodgers fans will feel right at home, but everyone will appreciate the good vibes.

Vegan here – WOW photo doesn’t do justice but their sandwiches are phenomenal. I ordered the veggie sandwich with added chickpeas. It’s the type of food you physically feel great eating afterwards. I do wish they had meat alternatives like tofu or seitan for extra protein. The staff was also kind and very accommodating.

I met the manager and am very impressed with his outlook and attitude. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows on the menu. I had half a Valley Club and my wife had half a pastrami sandwich which she couldn’t finish because it had such generous portions of meat and cheese. I would definitely drive a ways for a good meal like this.

Came here for lunch with family and the food was absolutely delicious! It was our first time and the owner gave us free little pasta samples. I have to recommend the Steak N Cheese panini sandwich with a cucumber lemonade! The sandwiches are super filling as well, couldn’t finish the other half. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend! I got a panini the “ new chicken pepperoni melt” it was so good and has such a good flavor. I did add chipotle mayo and it was just so perfect. While waiting we were given water the girls there super polite and friendly made us feel comfortable☺️ I will be going back soon.

They have a pretty big menu in my opinion, but I went with a Turkey wrap and the 4oz pasta salad. Turkey wrap was HUGE! I had more than enough to fill me up with one half. Saved the other for lunch the next day.
The coconut water is so refreshing! Pasta salad was great as well. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. If you haven’t been and are in the mood for something healthy & reasonably priced with good portions then this is the place! Little gem in the imperial valley.
