We came to town for tubing, and after last nights pizza ( ) we truly didn’t have high expectations for this highway habitat. Boy were we wrong! This place turned our culinary expectations around! Delicious dinner plus flamboyant fun abounds with adorable-duck-decked-out drinks and desserts! Unbelievable service from Candido added to this memorable experience! Complimentary bean dip with the chips and salsa…off to a great start! Choriqueso and table-made guac are delicious. Clint’s Burrito is what I will always get here for my entree. Grande house margarita to wash it all down. This is my favorite Mexican spot

Above average Mexican food the service was attentive. We had a party at 6 and sampled a lot of stuff on the menu it was all very good. I have the torta and can say it was delicious and authentic. The guacamole was tasty so was the chori queso appetizer. My wife had the carnitas El Valle. She gave me a little taste of it and it was delicious. My daughter’s had the fajita quesadilla and they were very happy with it. Definitely in above average Mexican restaurant.

Food and decor are top notch! Great outdoor patio area, too. The lunch menu is quite large with a lot of options at great prices. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good, along with the complimentary bean dip which was a nice touch. We had the Burrito Ranchero and Clint’s Burrito. Both were served HOT and were delicious. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the service. We sat for a while before anyone came over and once our food was delivered we never saw our server again. We had to go the front and ask for our check so we could leave.

Valle Escondido Mexican is a very nice experience. My family went there after a day of skiing at Perfect North, not very far away. We really liked our server with his friendly humor and attentive service. The food and drinks were very well prepared and tasty.
