It took more time than I expected to get my meal with only a few people In the restaurant. I had to ask for another bowl of salsa and for the check. The food was really good. The salsa was a 5 star salsa. The chips were good as well and not over cooked or burnt. The Shrimp, Crab and Octopus fajita entree was great. However the Octopus was over cooked and chewy. The seasoning was spot on though. I probably wouldn’t order this dish again and would stick with the chicken, shrimp and beef fajitas. The food was slightly overpriced as well. $18.85 would be a better deal than $25.95 for the seafood and beef chicken and shrimp combos. Overall a great meal!

I came to this place with a group of friends, 7 of us total. We were sat right away, but then we waited for a really long time to be asked for our drinks. I understand being low staffed, but it wasn’t busy and our waiter seemed preoccupied talking to other workers. Once our drinks/food orders were taken, it didn’t take too long to arrive, but it was mediocre. The price given for the foods were not reasonable at all. We all finished our food, but had to wait a really long time for our waiter to come to our table, so much so one of us had to go up to the waiter and tell her we needed to go boxes and the check. Even after giving us the boxes, she took a long time to bring us the check, by then we were all tired and ready to go home so we all stood up to go up to the register. Lastly, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere nor did our waiter mention it, tip was included in our bill. Terrible service.

We came for dinner and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was so helpful and attentive. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and generously portioned. The house margaritas were outstanding, definitely a must-try! The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. Felt like we were on vacation. Highly highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! This place is so good. Honestly it’s the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in 2.5 years we’ve lived down here in NC. The flavor was perfectly distributed between everything. I had a steak chimichanga without pico or cilantro. The atmosphere was quiet and the music not too loud. The servers weren’t pushy and gave me time to order.

We hadn’t been to this place in over three years, and today my husband and I decided to stop by since it had been a while. The food took a long time to come out, and we noticed the sanitation grade wasn’t posted anywhere—or at least we couldn’t find it—which should’ve been our first sign to leave.
I ordered a tostada de ceviche, and the waitress asked which sauce I wanted. I thought that was strange, so I repeated that I just wanted ceviche. I asked for both sauces since I’d never had ceviche served that way before; it honestly sounded more like aguachiles. She kindly brought both the green and red salsas, but they were both terrible—the red tasted like Tajín meant for fruit, and the green had no flavor at all. Neither paired well with the ceviche. I also tried the shrimp and octopus cocktail to give the place another chance, but it was just as disappointing.
My husband ordered the caldo de pollo, and the rice was cold and completely bland. The broth had no flavor whatsoever, and the chicken was tough and hard to bite. I ordered a margarita, but it tasted more like juice than anything else, and even the juice tasted artificial.
When we left, we checked the reviews and saw that someone had recently posted a photo of two roaches on the wall!!!. We paid for everything, but we won’t be coming back, for sue! I really wish they had kept things the way they used to be, because the food used to be great.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant.
I don’t remember the dish that I ordered but, the meat I had wasn’t too chewy at all & the sausage was very flavorful.
I had no idea they had karaoke.
It was really loud, I could barely hear my friends talking.
Plus, we sat quite near the speakers.
If you don’t like loud environments or are hyper sensitive to noise, then you might not like it.
The food is 10/10, I’d come again even though it was a bit too loud for me.
Overall, great restaurant. Kudos to the kitchen staff & servers.

Was seated right away which was great!! However the table we sat at smelled like dirty bathroom water , not sure if it was where we were sitting. The waitress was super nice and attentive. It was my husband and 3 kids. It was only 5 of us!!! the 2 kids didn’t even order food just ate from our plate. !!! We noticed after paying that a 18% gratuity was added, when we had already given her a tip! The menu and other places say party of 6 or $200 or more. Our total was not $200. It was upsetting to see trying to take advantage. Trying to sneak that in.

New owners and I can definitely tell they’ve made a lot of improvements. The service was amazing they attended our party of 10 tremendously. They had karaoke as well, it was a ball and the food was delicious! I had the ceviche highly recommended!

Food is always amazing . Great staff. everyone I take there loves it!! They’re open late night again on Saturdays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It’s kind of Awesome. Before COVID I had been going almost every Saturday night around 1:00 2:00 or 3:00 for like 6 years. I’m happy I can do that again.
I’ve tried almost everything on their old menu before new ownership. It looks basically the same. But all I get ever time is ……………………………………
