Nice folks. There is a huge array of sandwiches to suit any taste. A bunch of kinds of chips. Rarely a wait; usually very quick service. They might forget the pickle, when they do I enjoy asking them if its their first day or if they’re new to the job. Plenty of parking. Don’t trip on the little lip by the door.

Jimmy John’s is my favorite sub sandwich chain. I don’t recall this issue last time we ordered from this restaurant – we ordered a few subs on line for pick up. When I got the subs home, we found there was very little meat and fixings on the subs…. I mostly tasted bread and pickles with my Cubano…. Same with the other two subs. Disappointing…..

When you go to any of the Jimmy John’s to get a sandwich you are going to be getting the same great sandwich no matter what yet the staff are biggest selling point at the stores and the staff at the Mundelein Jimmy John’s are extremely helpful as they are fast and make your sandwich the right way so you can get in and out to eat and injoy your favorite sandwich.

We are advocate jimmy John’s customers . Store #450 manager Ryan took our order. We ordered a #6 and a #12. When our sandwiches were delivered the #6 veggie sand no tomatoes and xtra cucumbers was mostly bread no xtra cucumbers the avacado spread tasted bad. We called to let them know and to get a refund only for the veggie sandwich and received the worst customer service ever from Ryan who said he was the manager. Check #18….. who refused to refund us and didn’t offer to accommodate with a remake as well” stating there is nothing wrong with the sandwich and that he made it himself. Keep in mind this is a veggie as with hardly and veggies on it for almost $10

We received a call saying our order would be cancelled. When we offered to pick up, the female employee said fine.
When realizing we wouldn’t be there until 8:10, we called to cancel.

Called at 11:55 today to order lunch, the driver didn’t show up until about 1 when I was leaving work. The store is three minutes from mine. I ended up retuning the food without an issue but missed my meal. Plus seeing the other past reviews of lately seems like they need a restaff.

I used to love this place. They were always super fast, super thorough, and super nice. The last three orders we’ve had, though, they’ve forgotten to add parts of our order. Like, we’ll order two tunas and two BLTs but we’ll only receive one of each sandwich. Today they got the sandwiches right but forgot my chips. The lack of attention to orders is concerning and very disappointing. Each time I point out their error, they are always very apologetic and eager to fix it; I’m just getting tired of these errors occurring. When you place an order, I would recommend double checking the bag at the store (for pick-up) or at the door (for delivery).

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I order delivery from them, the sandwiches have almost nothing on them. There’s almost no meat, cheese, or vegetables. I keep ordering thinking I had a bad experience, but it’s happened 3 times.
I’ve complained to their corporate, but they won’t do anything because it’s an individually owned location. Save yourself the money and frustration and order elsewhere.

Absolute disgrace. Took more than 45 minutes for my sandwich to come. Called the store twice. Asked for a refund the 2nd time as I’d missed my dinner break entirely. Said that wasn’t something he could do. Said I should have just come in if I needed it quickly. The actual manager, VINCE, said this. I asked for the number for corporate and he hung up on me. I’m pretty sure he then took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call back.
I understand that staffing is tight right now but this is inexcusable. Why does this manager still have a job? He clearly makes a habit of this.

Order from here almost everyday. They messed up our order today. Called to have them fix it because our little kids won’t eat anything with Mayo in it. They put Mayo on every sandwich. Two were supposed to be no Mayo. The manager who wouldn’t give his name hung up on me twice. Told me to deal with it because they are busy because of the pandemic. I get that but not a reason to hang up on a customer that orders from them almost everyday and not make it right. Too bad cause we gave them a lot of business.
