Our server genuinely made us uncomfortable. When paying for food with credit card we were asked on a tablet to leave a tip. I hit “no thanks” server then looks at tablet and says card didn’t go through. Process repeated, same thing. On the third try for the tip instead of “no thanks” I put in custom amount $0.00. Server then looks confused and says “oh so you leave a cash tip?” I reply “no, I didn’t leave tips anywhere I go”. Which lead to him asking if his server was bad. I simply state no the service was fine I just don’t believe in tipping culture it’s not something I participate in. This lead to a five minute argument of the server saying that “the customer pays the server not the restaurant, so why not pay him?” I kept saying “no not gonna happen”. Server keeps repeating same line then proceeds to ask another server next to us that the customer pays the server and needs to leave tips. At this point we are super annoyed because it’s not required to tip unless stated on receipt as gratitude. Just a bad experience with server. You don’t ask for tips and then proceed to argue on why we are “supposed to pay you”.

Waited over 45 minutes for food. Watched people seated after us get thier food and leave. Finally got our food and the steaks well down not medium rare. The rice and beans are lukewarm at best. Definitely not happy or satisfied with the kitchen staff. Waitress was attentive to drinks but DEFINITELY not coming back to any Vallartas restaurant

Nice place, good food, and a nice atmosphere, family friendly . for the ladies great top shelf margaritas. For the guys try to Top Shelf Long Island Iced Teas. But I hope you’re not driving :-). Some of the dishes can get a little expensive so pay attention to what you order. But for the most part take the family or the girlfriend and enjoy nice Mexican Cuisine. Bon appetit. Plenty of parking, and handicap accessible. And they do have take out. Not sure about calling for pickup but they do have takeout. Have a wonderful 2006 guys and gals!

Me and my wife have normal had a great experience until today, one of the servers blonde hair with glasses not sure or care to know her name. Took our order and was rude as soon as we sat down. No big deal sometimes people have a bad day. At least I thought that until my wife asked the server about something missing from her order in a very polite way but the server tried lying to us saying that the order was correct WHEN THE MENU SAID IT WAS WRONG. Then snatched the menu out of my wife’s hand and walked away while my wife was still talking, I absolutely will not ever come back to this establishment especially if this is how they treat their customers

Used to be amazing. Starting to slip a little. We usually get the birria tacos and fish tacos. Over the last year the fish tacos have changed three times, the Birria tacos have been extremely inconsistent, form perfect one time to soggy and falling apart the next. The service has also seems to be slipping. New servers act like they have no training or experience. They have no idea what to do if you ask for something that doesn’t show up on their computer. Hope they cen get things back.on track.

Tourists beware. Recent bad reviews 100% justified. I should have read them before coming here.

Food poisoning – confirmed. As I was eating whatever it was they were trying to pass off as food my stomach immediately became upset.

The Chips and Salsa: I am almost positive the Salsa was the culprit, something so bitter, acrid and almost rancid about it. When we looked around no one else was touching theirs either.

Vallarta Bowl (choice of Rice or Fries, but note if you ask for Fries they charge you extra for it and then give you next to NO fries) chicken was dry and tough. Cheese sauce was from a jar/can.

Tried some of the ground beef they use for Tacos/Taco Salad and a good percentage of it it is most definitely not “beef”, but hopefully whatever parts are ground up to make tge substance originally come from a cow.

Prices are far too high for rhe quality of food they’re serving, but I get the impression most come here to drink and eat, not just for the food.

Beautiful clean, fresh brightly lit Mexican restaurant in Century. We got the sampler appetizer, the fajitas, enchiladas and burritos, and the amusingly named Happy Plate. The rice and beans were serviceable, the food good if not extraordinary – good and similar to the other Mexican restaurants in the area. The cheese dip (add cheese sauce on the plates) was well above average though – not spicy, so much as just a very richly flavored cheese. The Happy Plate was exactly what my wife likes: grilled chicken, steak or shrimp over rice, smothered in that rich cheese sauce; Mexican comfort food!

Food came fast and hot, and I cannot overemphasize how clean this place is. Open bar area with 7 TVs, but all I saw on tap were generic American beers. Limited parking, with an overflow lot across the busy 5-lane Hwy 29.

UPDATE: Now 2-for-1 small margaritas from 2 until 8 every day.

Just picked up a 69.00 to go order.
Sopapillas with Caramel. There was 3, not 6 as says on menu & they put honey not caramel.
Taco salad has burnt steak & very few pieces at that.
No chips nor any salsa with this to go order even though ordered a side of cheese sauce.
In past chips & salsa have always been on my to go orders. Never had to ask or order separately.
The tacos are Quesabirrias & the meat is tough where it’s normally very tender.

Really good food. Excellent service and efficient. I’ve never left hungry. Stuff shrimp are great and the #33 plate is a lot of food for $19. We will be back.
