I love it here! Staff is super friendly, love joe, Juliana, and everybody who is behind the counter! Amazing selections of coffee to choose from. I am a plain coffee kind of guy, their cold brew isn’t stale or harsh. Tastes amazing!
I’ve never had an issue with staff. I’ve had my order wrong and they core red it pronto!
When I want my sandwich cut in half, it arrives cut in half! Couldn’t ask for better service!
This ain’t for everybody, but when you’re a cool regular like me, you get free stickers.

Coffee cold. No apology when pointed out to assistant. Just I can “only!!!”make you a new one. 2nd barely warm not to qualify as cold. No milk/cream in self!!! serve. No/limited variety of cake/danish products. Used to be ok gets less inviting with each visit. Even though only couple of customers servicing of seating area was zero as can be seen by when I cleaned up my own trash, had to put myself in contact with existing overflow. Looked at other responses to less than positive reviews. Curious what your PR is to this honest review!!!

I tried out Valerio a few months ago and have been a regular ever since. Always greeted by a smile and nothing but warm welcomes from Julianna and the staff. They are so friendly and care to know their customers. I love trying their seasonal/holiday cold brews and lattes, they are delicious every time! My favorite is the jalapeno cheddar bagel with cream cheese and cucumbers. I am never disappointed, Highly recommend Valerio!

Great coffee but the service needs a reboot. I’ve been coming here since the day they opened and honestly the coffee is what keeps pulling me back. It’s tucked away cozy and one of those local gems you want to root for.
That said the service is where things fall flat. Speed is consistently slow even during off peak hours. I’ve waited 5–10 minutes just for a coffee and food can be a 15-25 minute adventure on days when the place isn’t even busy ( 1 or 2 people) . More than once I’ve been the only person standing at the counter with no acknowledgment at all.
I don’t expect a five star high volume operation but a little attentiveness and consistency would go a long way. The location is great and the coffee is excellent truly some of the best around. I just hope they invest a bit more in customer service and food consistency because they’ve got all the potential in the world.

Been coming here since a few months after they opened and I’m in love! I am a huge fan of their matcha has and americanos! The coffee is truly something else and they just got Congo back in stock; the best roast if you ask me. Juliana and Maggie make the best hot lattes too! The staff are super helpful and always fun to chat with!
Food is good and I cannot recommend the quiche enough,,it does sell quickly though so get here early haha,,Joe and Carrie are great and definitely hook you up with food
The cafe is always pretty clean and perfect for getting work done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud and packed on the weekends but you still get good quality drink/food and it usually dies down so I find it worth it(:
Definitely a spot you have to stop in and treat urself with!

Tried this place again this past weekend. Terrible. Go to any other coffee shop in the area. Wawa is better. The daughter of the owner runs this cafe and she lets you know she’s the daughter. She barks at her stuff, wags her tongue at the male employee that works there and is so rude to customers and staff. She was even complaining about the team who manages the other cafes and complained about the boutique next door and how annoying their orders are. And this is just when I was standing in a never moving waiting zone.
When ordering, a different barista took my order and when I asked for advice on syrups the daughter of the owner told me they don’t offer suggestions. REALLY?
While waiting for my very $ drink others in the alcove area were sharing stories of how they treat employees as a family. They are a poorly run cafe, it is dirty and the staff is straight up rude and it is clear that nepotism reigns with the way they speak and carry themselves. How rude to talk @ your neighbors like that. If customers are talking about the owner and his wife in line while waiting for food and saying how manipulative they and how they use their families health issues to make people feel bad for them, then why are you there eating and drinking their items? And to the girl behind the counter w the sloppy clothes and no Valerio gear on, We can all hear your loud mouth.
Fail. The whole cafe is a fail. It’s mean, it’s bad vibes and from the sounds of it, it’s a monarchy.

The coffee and baristas are wonderful. A nice rotation of seasonal drinks, atmosphere is pleasant. Bagels are kind of weird though. Not how they’re served, the cooks do wonders, but the bagels are kind of weird.

Decided to try this place this morning and was incredibly disappointed. For $25 we got a sandwich to share, a small coffee, and a cortado. First, it took a pretty decent amount of time to get our drinks and food. At one point I went up to check and there was nothing there. When they called the name finally, I got our food and one of the coffees was stone cold. When my girlfriend asked if they could heat it, they refused and told her it had been sitting there a long time and they had called our name several times. This just was not accurate unless they hid the coffee somewhere and whispered our name because it was silent in there and we had already gone up to check on it. There is something to be said for frequenting starbucks, I guess. I’d rather get an overpriced drink done correctly than an even more overpriced drink, stone cold with rude staff. The sandwich was terrible and insanely overpriced.
This was an overpriced experiment which did not go well and I will definitely never return. I will also be sure to deter others from patronizing this place when given the opportunity.
This review gives one star because zero wasn’t an option, unfortunately.

Cute little coffee house, somewhat pricey for the size of coffee you get. Cappuccino was a little strong but good, double espresso was very small. Breakfast sandwich was a bit dry with a skinny piece of pork roll and dry egg. The coffee smelled amazing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Coffee was cold and they would not heat it. They told me they called my name several times, this is absolutely not true, we even went up to check if the coffee was done and it wasn’t. To not be able to even heat a coffee we paid $6 for is crazy. The chicken salad sandwich was ridiculous- not one speck of any type of seasoning, immensely disappointing. $25 for cold coffee and a crap chicken salad sandwich is insane and I will never ever be back here. The more I think about this, the more upset I am and I will absolutely discourage anyone from coming here. Also need to say I am quite unimpressed with the snarky responses to the reviews I’m reading. You don’t often see a business owner responding with a complete lack of ownership of poor service and/or food quality when customers leave reviews. Notably, many of the poor reviews are describing experiences similar to ours this morning.
