Oh my goodness, this is now my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Texarkana. The food was absolutely delicious. The guacamole dipping sauce was so good, it was ridiculous. I had the Valeria’s sampler and my husband had the Burrito and everything was delicious.

I ordered the gorditas de bistec and they were so good! The meat was flavorful and the gorditas were perfectly made. I also loved that they offered a choice between regular Mexican rice and cilantro lime rice — such a nice touch! Great food and great options!

Food is very bland…EXTREMELY BLAND. Drinks are reasonably priced. As far as atmosphere…imagine going to a Mexican restaurant and listening to country music the entire time. I see why the parking lot is empty. Took 5 minutes to get water and about 15 to get a shot of tequila. Very nice people but game needs to be stepped up.

This use to be our favorite restaurant we had been a couple of times with my family and everything was really good until today we went for lunch, I ordered a huarache and the crumbling cheese tasted sour I go and tell the lady (the owner) and she got really mad and started arguing telling me that it was brand new and got the container and started eating eat herself. My husband’s and son’s fajitas was with no flavor no salt nothing. They must have a new cook or something. What really got me was the owners response extremely rude. Not going back.

Super slow service. Every time i asked for anything they took a long time to bring back. Once they decided to take our order they took about 40 minutes to bring our food. Place was not full at all at most 2 other couples. Food looked good big portions but it was ok after tasting it. Walking out we left more than half of the food on the plate. Probably won’t go back.

We ate there today for the first time. This is our new and only Mexican food restaurant. We ordered Fajitas and the plate was full of steak. It was enough for 3 meals. They offered us extra tortillos to bring home with us.

Kitchen messed up multiple orders and some of the plates didn’t have all ingredients like on my molcajete they didn’t serve it with the cactus that’s promoted on the menu
Spicy salsa tasted like it sat in the fridge way too long. Only reason I didn’t ask it to be fixed was because they took to long to get the food out and it’d have taken even longer to fix my food.
The only plus was my waiter. He was very kind and provided service as fast as he could despite being basically by himself.
Will definitely not be going back.
Oh and despite all these errors they didn’t try to make it right when it came to the bill, I had to actually point all that went wrong and ask if they’d give a discount on the plates that were missing part of the food. They did give a 5% off, so I guess that was an ok from them. Just think owner needs to be more involved in what’s going on with their restaurant and make sure customers are satisfied!
