I only ate here once so I can’t give as full of a review as I usually would. I tried their meatball sub. And I was a bit disappointed.
I will start with the worst part… The price. $13 for the sandwich you see in my picture. No fries either. That is way too expensive no matter what, in my opinion. Now for the sandwich itself, it was pretty good. The cheese and bun were good! I am used to a thicker and maybe crispier bread but this semi chewy bun was a good kind of different. The meatballs themselves were very bland. They were super moist and actually tasted very fresh/Homemade. But they just tasted like a bland meat mixture with no flavor or seasoning.
Even though the sandwich alone, without drink, fries or tip cost me $13 I will say that I did bring half of the food home. It was a lot.
Now as for the service I give them five stars. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and added a lot to the visit!
The Restaurant itself was very clean and comfortable! It was a great balance of comfort and casual. And even during lunch hours it wasn’t too loud in there. The lighting is good.
I still want to give their pizza a try but I was very turned off by the price. $3 for a slice of cheese. This added to my all around annoyance at the prices here.
I would go here again if a friend really wanted to but not again by my own choice. It’s just too expensive, especially for food that made very little impression on me. It wasn’t bad, please don’t think it’s bad food. But was about as good as other decent restaurants in the area.

Everything about this place was spot on. I read a review that didn’t enjoy the meatball sub. My husband had been there with a friend several times and raved about it, so I had to try it. It was the best meatball sub I’ve ever had! I’m a home cook who grows my own Marzano tomatoes and makes my own sauce & meatballs. This one beats mine by far. We also had the garlic wings and they were cooked perfectly with lots of garlic. I’ll have to go again soon and take pictures next time. The portions for the price were very good. You won’t be disappointed!

There is a lot of yummy goodness packed into a small space. I visited here for lunch and had a chicken salad sandwich. I’ve had my share of chicken salad sandwiches, and this was up there as one of the best. It tasted like it was homemade, and the portion size was perfect. The chips that accompanied the sandwich were also very tasty, and this is coming from someone who isn’t a fan of regular potato chips. The menu is extensive, so if you visit the chances you’ll find something you will like is pretty good.

$11.00!!! 4 slices of Deli turkey, no cheese in it. Filled with lettuce!! Rolls are good, but not $11.00 good!!!! Sorry won’t be returning!!! In all we spent $30.00 for two subpar Deli Turkey subs and an order of Fries!!! NOPE!!!! Not anymore!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could.. Called to see if this place delivers (they don’t) but the woman on the phone was very arrogant in her tone. So arrogant I actually didn’t know how to react. She should learn to have better phone etiquette. This would’ve been my first time ordering there, now I never will! lol goodluck to anyone who wants to try them ♀️ called July 2nd around 11 am!

I recently moved to the Orwigsburg area and have been to the four main Italian restaurants in and surrounding the town.The three in town and the one up on the hill along 61. Valenti’s is by far the best! It is the best because the food is always fresh and delicious for their prices. Also, the ladies at the front counter and the wait staff are very nice, respectful and want to make sure you have a nice experience. Never an attitude and they always have a smile on their face.
I highly recommend Valenti’s for dine in or take out for an extraordinary experience.

Hands down the best restaurant in the area ! Big portions, homemade bread, homemade chips , fresh cut turkey, fresh cut fries ! Family owned I can go on !
