Went there and asked about allergies because son is allergic to nuts. Got something without allergies in it and there was a piece of pistachio in it. But that’s not all, there was also hair.
When we complained the staff were very rude and didn’t even offer to replace the ice cream, just said they’d take the hair out and that we should expect cross contamination even though it’s clear they didn’t take any precautions to keep cross contamination at a minimum despite knowing that my 5 year old was allergic to nuts.
Absolutely horrified at the level of service we received.
