Customer service sucks!! The lady at the register is SOOO RUDE!! She will completely ignore you if youhave questions!! My boyfriend walked up to the register to ask her for a price and she rolled her eyes, and walked to the back.

It seems that all employees here are not aware with the food hygiene and all. I ordered pandesal and asked if they have it in a plastic, meaning cold pandesal. Not knowing that the lady gave me WARM pandesal in a plastic until I get home, I saw the pandesal moistened. There is a reason why ordered cold fresh pandesal. Tsk tsk tsk, really really bad service.

Where’s the zero stars, awful customer service, but why am I surprised, I should’ve know from all the negative comments already for their customer service. I walked in before 2 other people, the cashier helped those 2 other people before me. She acted like I wasn’t even there. Not patronizing this store anymore rather make the drive to Gemma in Long Beach.

I come here for one thing and one thing only: the turons!!! They are so amazing and always fresh.. I live in Bellflower and I drive all the way over to Carson just to get them. Always friendly service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. And if your sweet tooth isn’t quenched by all of the tasty selections here, go next door and get the amazing mango cake from Red Ribbon.

Bread and products are good, but I gave it a 1 star for their service. Line is always long with 1 cashier who even has to go back and fetch the pandesal herself. Not her fault, bottomline, the manager or owner of this store has no respect for their customers. Go there during rush hour like 5-7pm, and there will most likely be one cashier with the line wrapping all the way around the rear of the store. They know pinoys are on their way home to cook or eat, but still man only 1 cash register. No respect whatsoever for customers, who cares, they have good bread, they’ll come anyway..
