What a horrible joke to play on me and the kids when we were sick.
I’m a single mom, I have children with special needs, the baby has autism, and to treat someone with this amount of disrespect only for the goat to be dry, for the rice to look like lemon rice, as there was no saffron in it, is wrong.
I came in person to complain about this twice on Thursday and I asked Nagesh to have a manager call me. I asked him three times he wouldn’t even respond.
I just called now and spoke to Prakash, Saturday morning, after never hearing back from anyone yesterday. Still there is never a manager present so I didn’t even bother to ask for a call back.
I made it clear to them that I don’t need anything to be me remade, I don’t want any free food, I just want them to know that their actions are wrong.
The children had to wait maybe an extra half an hour before they had their food. Maybe an 8-year-old can understand that but certainly not a 23-month-old.
Definitely not my first bad experience.
The food took far too long to arrive, and even then, not everything we ordered was brought to the table.
But that isn’t the main issue. What shocked me most is that this restaurant serves the body parts and secretions of animals. Coming from a culture that coined the concept of ahimsa and nonviolence, there is no excuse to exploit and harm animals. In the egg and dairy industries, all male chicks and calves are killed, and the cows used for milk are eventually slaughtered as well. They had some ok vegan options but the real issue is serving animals in this place at all and supporting industries that harm and kill animals and promote violence.
I can’t believe this place chooses to serve animals. I came with a large group, but I left deeply disappointed.
If they go vegan I will change my review.
The haleem they have given me needs to be studied in the scientific research institute because I am unable decide if this is haleem or some kind of dal paste!
I am unable to figure out what are the white small chunks in the dish!
The quantity of meat in the haleem is a different topic that needs to be studied by united nations statistics division!
Very poor dish
Me honey. I’m so sorry. I’ll never talk to Diana ever again
I think the service might be a one off issue and would recommend anyone looking for vegetarian options to visit this restaurant.
