I placed a pickup order through Doordash for the 10 piece lemon pepper wing combo with fried okra and a peach drink. It advised the order would be ready by 4:48 pm. It was ready right on time.
When, I arrived the restaurant was busy. I was greeted warmly by AJ. She’s always so kind and friendly every time that I have met her.
She confirmed my order was ready and kindly exchanged the blue cheese for ranch.
I decided to eat while, I was there. My order came with the wings, okra, 2 ranch cups and a cup of seasoning along with ketchup. The wings and okra are cooked perfectly. The lemon pepper wings are absolutely delicious and I barely used the ranch to dip it in. They’re very good. The fried okra is excellent. The peach drink is light and refreshing. I highly recommend it. The food here is very good. AJ, Thank you for making my first experience the best. I have included her picture. Please tell her hello for me when, you go in. I will definitely come back to try other food items on the menu.

I ordered through doordash and when the dasher arrived I was missing the drink. The dasher let me know that when he picked up my order that they didn’t give him a drink so I called because I know mistake can happen so I called and I received the worst customer service from US wings 1 lady picked up was very rude and handed the phone to another lady she was was also rude I was so nice I let her know the drink was left behind and she said no it wasn’t maybe the dasher drunk it and told me if I don’t have my drink that has nothing to do with her I said ok Ms have a nice day and she hung up on me all I called to say was I didn’t get my drink I was very nice but was in shock how both ladies talked to me. And I dont have to support companies like this

I never leave reviews but my wife and I ordered through door dash we payed 60 for all the food it gets to our house and half is there. We hadn’t even gotten the words out when the woman behind the counter picked up the receipt and said she would not help us.call door dash. My wife asked her of she would at least fix the order and was told no.call door dash. I really liked this place when it first opened but they have gone down hill fast

This place never gets your order right. If the food was up to par maybe I could overlook it, but the food is way below par at best.
I don’t know who’s doing the cooking, but when you overcook wings, which is boasted in the name itself, it’s time to get a new cook.
They’ve lost my business for good.
I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this family owned disaster.

I was there on Monday and found hair in my wife’s food. When I called and got the manager Alica on the line she was combative from the start and started to accuse me of putting the hair in the food. As I was trying to tell her that the employees should be wearing hair nets she hung up the phone on me. When I went back to the location just to inform her that she needs to work on her professionalism, she continued to argue and then proceeded not to give me the proper spelling of her name or the owner’s information. They have lost my business and I was going faithfully every chance I got but after this experience I am over this establishment.

The few 1 star reviews are a shock! We visited here for the first time and it was very fresh, great portion sizes and great service. Also very very clean, always a plus. We ordered the Gyro, Honey BBQ Wings, Egg Rolls and a Garden Salad. Not one complaint here. Even went out of the way to tell the cook it was great. Can’t wait to try the philly!!
