In a dining experience , hospitality and customer service are equally as important as the quality of the food. . Fortunately the cook was very friendly and helped compensate for the rude attitude from the cashier taking my order.

Went to pick up my food I ordered. Decided to dine-in for lunch. Nicely asked I’ll pay but we will just eat here. The older lady got an attitude like no other about me and my coworker wanting to eat inside. This is not something I want to deal with in between working. The older women was rude and we could tell she doesn’t want to work. We always go to Roma’s haven’t been in a while. very frustrating for this experience. The other to guys are nice she just made our experience annoying.

I’ve gone multiple times, ordered food for me and my co-workers. Usually if people call in for their food ahead of time, it means that they don’t have time to wait. (We only get a 30 minute lunch) I was told by the lady on the phone that we don’t have to call in for a single slice of . That it ONLY takes 1 MINUTE to get ready. I walked in and my order wasn’t ready. 5 minutes later I’m waiting on my 1 slice of . And I always pay with my debit card, now she says that there is a minimum, but she’ll let it go for me just this 1 time. I said that was fine and that it’s the last time that I would go there.

Waitress was very unprofessional socializing with the regulars then treating the tourists with much disdain. Very sad because this little town does not have many restaurants with good food. We used to stop at this little restaurant every time we drove through town now we’ll just keep on driving.
