Awful experience. Basically stole my money. A co-worker ordered over 50$ in food for the workplace with my card thinking this was the sumter location and after completing the order immediately realized and called to cancel and refund. Keep in mind this location doesn’t prepare your food until you are there. It Took multiple calls and being left on hold for 30+ minutes for him to finally agree to refund the money. Waited a few days no refund so I called with same experience called multiple times and got left on hold while the guy who barely knew English talked to coworkers in Spanish for over 30 minutes to say they did in fact refund. Told them they have not and to please do so. I’ve called on 4 separate occasions and now they just don’t answer at all or have an attitude and promptly hang up. Never received my money till this day. I don’t do business with thief’s so they lost my business

Almost all the food here has always been good but not great. I would love to give fives star because I’ve never had any big issues but have definitely experienced little annoyances like wings only sauced on one side. The wings are the best option, but I also enjoy the peach lemonade. Great option for a quick lunch.

Visiting from out of state I try to enjoy local food. It was a tough choice, as their menu is very diverse. Something for everyone. I chose the beef philly combo. (fries and drink). The sandwich was filled to the max. Plenty of meat, cheese and all the toppings. They allow you to inspect before you receive it, and then toss some seasoning on the fries if you wish. I did. I loved the taste and texture. Very well done.

I recently placed an order over the phone for a Chicken Philly and 5 Wing Combo, as well as an order of Lemon Pepper Wings (all flats) for my husband. Unfortunately, we were both very disappointed with our meals. The food did not meet our expectations in terms of quality or flavor, and we will not be returning.
In addition to the poor food experience, the service during the ordering process was notably unpleasant. Each time I added an item, I was abruptly asked, “Is that all?”—which came across as dismissive and rushed. It made the interaction feel impersonal and unwelcoming, especially for a first-time customer.
We had hoped for a better experience based on recommendations, but both the service and food left much to be desired. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service and food quality are both critical to creating a positive dining experience.

I regularly visit this place, the people are always friendly, including management, but there’s 2 ladies who comes on occasion, their names are Francheska and Leslie they are the life of that place that needs to be rewarded earnestly for a pay increase, there’s never one time that I’ve been there to see their smiling faces, they are definitely the difference makers I hope management does something to reward them .
