Exceptional service & staff!
I decided to go to Panda because I was craving honey walnut shrimp. Upon arrival I noticed that there wasn’t any made & asked Som if she recommended the kung pao chicken or the sweet fire chicken breast letting her know I usually get honey walnut shrimp which is why I don’t know which to get. She let me know that they could make a new batch for me & any other entree that isn’t available. I said I would appreciate that if it isn’t too much trouble. She insisted that it wasn’t. While waiting for my shrimp which took less than five minutes, I was given a drink cup by Pamela P & when I opened my bag when I got home I was surprised by two fortune cookies. I will definitely be back! 🙂

This Panda Express is AMAZING! Their store manager Som is the best! She has a really good crew that is always kind and courteous, no matter how busy they are. This is our favorite Panda Express! Som is the sweetest and always remembers us when we walk in. She is the manager and has the best work crew. My teenagers love Panda so we come here a lot. Eduardo, Natalie & Franck are all wonderful.

Been there today. Very slow, very unprofessional staff. I do understand that they are just humans but they barely got any food at 3pm today, very little of each dish. We paid $65 for 4 people and we didn’t even get full. I said that the service was very bad to a worker and he said “how come” and moved along. Very very disappointing. They didn’t even give my receipt.

Convenient, but delivery drivers seem to be prioritized above customers already in line and even those waiting to be checked out. So my food sits there getting cold while a Door Dash driver who arrives after me gets preferential treatment.

You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in the store. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and Som’s kindness made all the difference.
