Nice little cafe, few decent food selections. SECURITY check required to enter and this cafe was the tightest security we experienced, more so than airport TSA!!!

The saddest museum cafe ever. We came around 3:15pm (they close at 4:30 so more than an hour before) they were completely sold out.. they only had a few apples and muffins available. Not worth it

This is the worst establishment I’ve ever been to. The security staff is so rude and disrespectful to young children and school staff. The staff in the cafe was so rude, argued with children and yelled at us. You cannot bring your own food and have to pay for disgusting overpriced food. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Extremely dissatisfied. The security staff were very rude and spoke to the public in an unacceptable manner. The museum should improve staff training and take this issue seriously. Anyone who cannot treat visitors respectfully should not be working as security.

Had to go through security. The woman was the most unprofessional, impatient, unintelligent security guard I have seen in a while. She was a larger black woman. Don’t know her name. She talked to us like we were scum. She ordered us to grab a bowl and put out belongings in it. Then grabbed my girlfriend’s coat and threw it back to her in a hateful gesture because apparently that wasn’t what she wanted. Her tone was hateful and she was at the point where she was just below the threshold of yelling. Mind you, we literally came there to eat. Not to deal with someone who was hateful for zero reason. Avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with an unnecessarily hateful security staff. What is she guarding that could possibly make her that hateful? Because the roast beef can NOT be that good

When you come in you need to go through security!? Just to get food that is not that great. Half of the items were unavailable to order. I got a hotdog and a pretzel. The pretzel was nothing. Tasted like nothing and the cheese was the artificial cheese. It came oiled, buttered and salted, not the best. The hot dog was a bit juicy but not amazing. The bun was a lot but at least it came with the smallest bag of chips ever and condiment packets. On top of that, it cost 9 dollars which is too much for 1 hotdog. The casheir was quite impatient to the customers in front of me but she was nice to me. It was a bit crowded with minimal space. All in all, it was quite unsatisfactory.
Overall I would rate it a 3.5/10.

The Holocaust Museum was very moving. We were disappointed that the shoe exhibit wasn’t there. That was one of the main things we wanted to see. Exhibit felt too full of people to be able to do all the reading that there was in it. Which people would walk in front of you to read themselves even though we weren’t done. Which causes frustration with people. It would be great if it was updated with the audio readers. Then people wouldn’t have the reading struggle.

Didn’t even get to try the food because the employee told me they were out of bagels as I watched them make bagels for others after me. Cashier was also so rude to me when I was checking out and honestly ruined my experience in the whole museum afterwards.
